Love this small local car service and sales. We purchased a Ford Escape from them and have been very happy with it. We have now also been doing our servicing there for both of our cars. Great tire prices and quick scheduling for oil changes. We are a fan! They treat you right.

After having one of the worst experiences of my life at another dealer, I found DeSmet online when I saw that they had the Focus Hatchback I wanted. The car was a great price and DeSmet had the best reviews I've ever seen for a car dealer. I called Mark over the phone and he got me pre-approved with zero hassle. When we showed up, Mark was nothing but kind and helpful. Throughout the entire process he made it clear he wasn't interested in selling me a vehicle unless it was exactly the one I wanted. Thankfully, it was! I live about 40 minutes from Mark on the east side of Madison but I will be bringing the car back to him for any maintenance because it's clear his priority is taking care of people as best as he can. I honestly don't think you'll ever meet another car dealer like Mark. In a sea of awful dealers, Mark is a stand out human and I'll never go anywhere else again.

My husband was looking for a particular GMC truck that we found online at Desmet Autos. Mark was great to deal over the phone with, his prices were better than the twin cities and he met us halfway from our home in St. Paul in Eau Claire for delivery. Highly recommend!
