staffs are polite, helped me open a new bank account and issue a card in less than 20 mins, paperwork was quick and simple

after entering the bank for about 1 and half an hour, i managed to make international transaction with said card instead of waiting for 3~5 days like traditional banks here.

their ATM system is also capable of receiving cash and deposit it to my account so that's definitely an upgrade compare to other banks.

this branch is also newly opened and has a few to no customer most of the time.

Staff were great, polite, professional, helped me transfer money from Vietnam to abroad. There was a LOT of bureaucracy though, it requires a ton of documents, I had to go away and come back, and then it took at least 1 hour to get it all done. But that's probably the fault of the government, not the bank.

FYI, the required documents are: Employment contract with red company stamp, TRC, passport, copy of work permit, and you have to provide a ton of signatures that match perfectly with the signature you have on record.

The branch is new and only lightly used so it was totally empty for the whole time I was there.
