Our tours was arranged by Elise from Lullaby travels. we arrived in Vietnam and from thr airport pick up from Hanoi to drop off, Ninh Binh day tour, Ba na hills day tour and Hue full day tour from Da nang everything was as per the itinerary. information on pick up timings were sent by Elise the day prior and drivers picked us up at the correct mentioned timings. any doubts we had Elise clarified all patiently and also responded almost immediately. the guides were knowledgeable specially the guides on thr Ninh binh and Hue tours. My girlfriend I booked three tours with Elise from Lullaby travel Vietnam, and all of them were amazing!
I highly recommend these tours departing from Hanoi:
1) 2 days 2 nights - Sapa, depart in a night bus, you get to Sapa next morning, includes buffet breakfast at a hotel were you get picked up for the walking tour. The tour guide picks you up and the trekking starts until lunch time in a restaurant. After that you go to a homestay where you have some time to socialise with your group and the local people that live there, have a shower, dinner and get some rest. Next day Breakfast at the homestay, trekking to a Waterfall and lunch. Depart to Hanoi around 3:30pm.

2) 1 day Halong Bay, bus with plugs, wifi and free water. Lunch in a beautiful cruise - Margaret cruise! kayak and walking tour in surprising cave. If the weather is good you can swim. Landscapes are beautiful. On the way back they offer a glass of wine, fruit, chips and cookies.

3) 1 day Ninh Binh, you visit 3 amazing places, 500 steps in a hill with amazing views, sightseeing in a boat and cycling. Includes delicious buffet lunch.

All meals included, you only pay for your drinks.
Very punctual service, very helpful and nice tour guides. Comfortable buses. Pick up and drop off at hostel.

We made all the arrangements with Elise through her Facebook account. I think that was really nice of her and shows that he really cares about giving a complete good service and attention to the customers.
For the tour to Sapa he offered us to leave our luggage at his hostel so we didn’t have to carry all our things with us (even though we had already booked somewhere else to stay when returning to Hanoi).
Also, we arrived in Hanoi around 5pm and she offered us to wait for the bus at his hostel (they were picking us up at 10pm) and also gave us the chance to take a shower if we wanted to.
I have nothing but good words for the organization of these tours and Elise's attention and help and also it was at a really competitive price.
She also gave us his personal number and every time we were not sure about something or we needed any information or schedule confirmation, she replied quickly with all the information we needed.

Tan Cao is excellent, always asking if everything was going alright and if we were enjoying the activities. He also gave us recommendations on type of shoes and clothes needed so we don’t carry more than we need.
