I’ve done the Halong bay cruise and one day trip to Hoa Luc, Tam Coc and mua cave. I really enjoyed. Everything is well organized. Thanks Hoa Ta for your help !

My sister and I booked three tours with Tan Cao, and all of them were amazing!
I highly recommend these tours departing from Hanoi:
1) 2 days 2 nights - Sapa, depart in a night bus, you get to Sapa next morning, includes buffet breakfast at a hotel were you get picked up for the walking tour. The tour guide picks you up and the trekking starts until lunch time in a restaurant. After that you go to a homestay where you have some time to socialise with your group and the local people that live there, have a shower, dinner and get some rest. Next day Breakfast at the homestay, trekking to a Waterfall and lunch. Depart to Hanoi around 3:30pm.

2) 1 day Halong Bay, bus with plugs, wifi and free water. Lunch in a beautiful cruise! kayak and walking tour in surprising cave. If the weather is good you can swim. Landscapes are beautiful. On the way back they offer a glass of wine, fruit, chips and cookies.

3) 1 day Ninh Bình, you visit 3 amazing places, 500 steps in a hill with amazing views, sightseeing in a boat and cycling. Includes delicious buffet lunch.

All meals included, you only pay for your drinks.
Very punctual service, very helpful and nice tour guides. Comfortable buses. Pick up and drop off at hostel.

My sister made all the arrangements with Tan Cao through his Facebook account and as she doesn’t speak English really well she contacted him in Spanish (he would use a translator to answer), I think that was really nice of him and shows that he really cares about giving a complete good service and attention to the customers.
For the tour to Sapa he offered us to leave our luggage at his hostel so we didn’t have to carry all our things with us (even though we had already booked somewhere else to stay when returning to Hanoi).
Also, we arrived in Hanoi around 5pm and he offered us to wait for the bus at his hostel (they were picking us up at 10pm) and also gave us the chance to take a shower if we wanted to.
We went for dinner and when we came back to wait for the bus we had some really nice time playing with his little daughter! She’s so cute and friendly, we loved her and laughed a lot! She’s so smart!
I have nothing but good words for the organization of these tours and Tan Cao’s attention and help and also it was at a really competitive price.
He also gave us his personal number and every time we were not sure about something or we needed any information or schedule confirmation, he replied quickly with all the information we needed.

Tan Cao is excellent, always asking if everything was going alright and if we were enjoying the activities. He also gave us recommendations on type of shoes and clothes needed so we don’t carry more than we need.

Randomly wandered into this place and the guy at the desk was super helpful.. hard to know in these places which are scams and which aren’t but all our bookings worked out perfectly and the guy Tan seemed to genuinely care about our experience
