A Culinary Gem!

I stumbled upon a true gem here! The selection is simply astounding, spanning cuisines from around the globe. Whether you crave Italian, Mexican, or Indian, this place has everything to tantalize your taste buds. I decided to venture into the world of vegetarian delights and opted for the bean tacos and chickpea curry with rice. What a delight! Accompanied by a superb Merlot (two glasses, because why not?) from France, and my partner indulged in an Angus beef steak. The sauces (red wine and mushroom truffle) were exquisite, complemented by a side of crisp veggies and fries. As a starter, we enjoyed a Caesar salad, and guess what? The best part was, the entire experience was under 40€! I can't wait to return for their breakfast brunch—it's a must!

All the food is homemade and delicious! There is a wide choice of dishes in the menu.
The staff are extremely friendly and the managers are keen to know after each meal whether we liked it.

Very good international restaurant. We were a bit sceptical beforehand because you can get dishes from all over the world but we were surprised at how delicious the food was. It's definitely not the cheapest but the ingredients are well picked. The place is very cozy and the staff was so friendly. We were asked where we are from and then they played some music from our home country which was nice. The only downside is that the food takes very long to get to your table. But if you have some time that's not a problem.

The best place in Tuy Hoa if you want to try international dishes. The food is carefully prepared so sometimes you must wait awhile, but it's worth it. I love their pasta, North African, and South Asian dishes the most.

Such an incredibly friendly and kind couple (owners) who spent lots of time chatting with us. We had an array of veggie and meat dishes from the falafel to the fish and chips. However, the salmon teriyaki and the Thai green curry were amazing. Ended the meal with a ‘salted egg coffee’ and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. A must try. Definitely go if headed to this quiet city :)

5 stars. Excellent quality food. Well served. Owners are very friendly. One of best pad Thai I ate so far and probably best browny ever. We tried Thai, Indian and Mexican, all rich in flavours. Amazing place.

Best restaurant in Tuy Hoa by far! Great tasting food and friendly owners. Could be a bit of a wait if you order a special dish but it’s worth it when you get it. The only restaurant in the city I’d recommend..

During an unexpected two-week stay in Tuy Hoa, my partner (a vegan) and I (dealing with lactose intolerance and soy allergy) struggled to find a restaurant offering English menus, Western cuisine, and vegan choices. Fortunately, after a week of searching, we discovered Hayan. This gem not only caters to vegans and those with allergies but also serves delicious dishes, including coconut coffee, flavorful curry, and authentic Indonesian Nasi Goreng. Some meals, like the vegan curry, surpassed any we've had before. I highly recommend Hayan to everyone—excellent food, friendly English-speaking staff, and a delightful atmosphere with great vibes.

We've really enjoyed the place. And the food was delicious. I think we ordered half of their menu over the three visits (two dinners and one lunch). We always left with happy tummies.

My train was cancelled so I ended up having breakfast, mid-morning coffee and lunch here as it was very close to the station and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The brownie was very fresh and delicious, the americano was just like I like it and the green curry and flat bread was fantastic. The lady even very kindly took me back to the station! Lovely people and great restaurant.

The Massaman Curry was the best Curry i've ever eaten in my life...and yes its not in Thailand, its in Vietnam! They have everything...from Western to Indian, Mexican, Thai, SriLanka, Vietnam Food....one of the best Restaurants since my 3 month journey! Visit if you're hungry and you love good taste food😊

Without a doubt the best pasta i’ve ever eaten anywhere out of the UK or Italy (and i eat a lot of pasta!) Tacos were absolutely delicious also - cannot fault. Usually avoid western food as 99.9% of the time, it’s highly disappointing BUT these dishes were actually better than most food i get in restaurants at home!! (UK) and the price was super reasonable compared to similar places. Very friendly owners and service was great. Making a slight detour on our motorbikes tomorrow just so we can go here again for some Brunch! You will not regret.

This was, without a doubt, the best restaurant we visited in Tuy Hòa. We had salmon, Genovese pasta, and mushroom risotto. It was apparent that the ingredients were selected and prepared with care. The genovese, especially, had the perfect amount of cheese, nuts, basil, oil, and other ingredients. The risotto had the right amount of crunch and smelled and tasted great. The salmon was spiced lightly and cooked to perfection, coming with some green paste with tomatoes and other fresh ingredients that tasted great but I couldn't identify.

If I ever visit Tuy Hòa again, I'm definitely going to visit Hayan again.

Not only one of the best meals we have had in Vietnam, but also one of the most interesting evenings chatting with the owners until late at night, getting to know so much more about this country and what it's like to live here. Could not recommend higher. But most importantly, the food is amazing!

Visited Hayan last night craving Italian food and wasn't let down. The pizza, pasta and salad was the best we'd had in ages! The restaurant was warm and intimate, and the serving staff certainly were paying attention.

Hayan (the owner/chef) was both passionate and knowledgable about Italian cuisine. I could see that dinner plates had been eagerly finished by the other satisfied diners, always a good sign!

I have no hesitation in recommending Hayan restaurant if you're looking for a genuine Italian gastronomic experience.

An absolutely memorable experience. Amazing food and incredibly nice and interesting hosts. Come with time, it's a place to be savored. If you can, aim at staying until the closing, when the hosts get less busy and more available to chat. You will not regret it!

Glad to find a nice place to enjoy yummy food, I discovered this fantastic restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly, they greeted me warmly and made sure I had a great time.

The falafel pita I ordered was not only reasonably priced but also packed with flavors that made my taste buds happy. The careful packaging made sure the food stayed good until I opened it up to eat.

What impressed me beyond the tasty bites was the attention to detail in every aspect, they really care about making things good.

All in all, finding this place was lucky in a small city, and I'm already excited for my next visit. If you like tasty food with great service and thoughtful packaging, you should definitely try this spot!

Tasty food with an attention to details. Prices are quite fair, even cheap, for that kind of quality if you compare to other international restaurants with kind of a generic menu and food. Very interesting menu and wines. Great staff and couple owners.
