Best tour I have EVER HAD. Our driver and tour guide were amazing. Huy was the name of our tour guide, he was lovely. Huy and I had amazing chats about sport, turns out he enjoys history like me so we had some of the best conversations about Vietnamese history like the better known recent Vietnam war I learnt a lot about the Vietnamese point of view which I have wanted to learn about for a while and I can never thank him enough for it. The tour itself would not have been the same without him. The tour itself was amazing because it wasn’t a picture tour it was a full information tour. The starting meal before we left for the tour was great. Truly unique. The history museum was incredible especially the NOT intact B-52 bomber which was shot down by a S.A.M I myself study exclusively weaponry so seeing a B-52 with my own eyes was a wonder for me. Overall the tour was AMAZING I would highly recommend.

I haven't travelled for many years but Vietnam was on my bucket list - used Chirin Park Travel in Australia and thus connected to Wide Eyed Tours in Vietnam - they did all our pick ups/Saigon tours but most importantly the special location tours (as Australians) of Long Tan and FSB Balmoral/Coral - their guides and driver were fantastic - and I mean really fantastic! - they made the whole experience special and I can't thank them enough! - and not the slightest glitch for the entire 11 days we were there (five different tours in six days)- we then went to the Mekong on Dragon Eyes Tours (2 cabin boat) for 3 days and 2 nights - again fantastic experience and true value for money - so I would recommend Wide Eyed Tours and Dragon Eyes to anyone going to Vietnam for whatever reason - great price and fantastic service! - Ian

We had a wonderful holiday. 24 days North to South Vietnam & Siem Reap planned by Wide Eyed tours via our Helloworld travel agent. The service from Wide Eyed Tours was superb. The itinerary fantastic, hotels lovely, the tours & tour guides knowledgeable and so proud of their country that it was infectious. We had a couple of flight changes & all we knew about them that was a simple message from Miss Hoa with the new details and all transfers had been adjusted. It was reassuring to know that there was a contact available and had regular touch bases and very willing to answer any questions through out the whole trip. Highly recommend using them for a trip to SE Asia.

The Hotels were exceptional, the drivers picking up, dropping off at each location had clean modern cars, they were professional and drove with respect, Tu was always checking in with us to confirm our pick up times, and ensure we were enjoying ourselves. Had an amazing tour in Siem Reap Cambodia. Wide Eyed Tours handled everything professionally and made it a perfect experience. My tour guide Mr Cheng and my tour driver Mr Vuthy were an awesome team. I highly recommend you book your tour of Cambodia with Wide Eyed Tours.

Miss Chi put together an excellent tour of Vietnam for us. It was varied and gave us a fantastic variety of different experiences in many different parts of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, Mekong Delta, Hoi An, Hanoi, Sa Pa, Ninh Binh, and Ha Long Bay). Her tour guides were all very polite, courteous and helpful. We had an excellent mix of activities and free days which gave us time to see many different and varied sights, but also time to catch our breath and relax before moving on to the next interesting activity. We would highly recommend Miss Chi and her company as an excellent way for anyone to see the beautiful and interesting sights that Vietnam has to offer.

We would like to specifically mention by name our wonderful tour guides. Hine (HCMC and Mekong Delta), Chau (Hoi An and Mi Son), Nga (Sa Pa), Jimmy (Hanoi) and Al (Ninh Binh). They all have excellent communication skills, and they were all very friendly, warm, engaging, hospitable, professional and approachable. They were attentive to our needs, and polite and courteous at all times. They often went 'over and above' to ensure we enjoyed our tour as much as possible, and they made additional suggestions of what we could do on our rest days if we wished, and helped to facilitate this as needed. We would highly recommend all of our guides as excellent ambassadors for their country, and if we are fortunate enough to visit Vietnam again in the future we would welcome having any one of them as our guide.

We haven't even gone on the tour yet but having Ms Huy's assistance has put my mind at ease already. I knew before we got to Vietnam that we wanted to take a cruise to Ha Long Bay. The choices of cruise lines is overwhelming and reviews are all over the place. I kept putting off making a decision and time was running out. A friend had used Wide Eyed tours back in 2009 and highly recommended them in her blog. I've been our 'travel agent' for this whole five month trip but this time I wanted/needed some help. Ms Huy was quick to respond with a couple of options and answered my questions promptly. We're very excited for our two night cruise adventure next week!!

Had an awesome time in Vietnam. Guides were great and really knew their stuff. Saw some amazing scenery and met some wonderful people. What an amazing diverse country Vietnam really is. You can see the influences of the Chinese and the French especially in the architecture. I particularly loved the colour and charm of the people and want to thank Wide Eyed Tours for making my experience a fantastic one that will have me coming back very soon.

My English husband's family were coming to stay and wanted to visit Ha Long Bay. We used Wide Eyed Tours and were very happy. I can’t rate the service these guys have enough. From the start they asked the right questions and got me the perfect hotel in Hanoi. They also dealt with airport transfers which were impeccable. Great service, great aftercare - this is an agent you should use if you want top service and competitive pricing. Personally, I wouldn’t use anyone else for booking my ground arrangements after using these guys and I work in travel - top rate!
