La Vie Vu Linh

This was the highlight of our Vietnam trip so far. Mina, Fredo, Juan and all the staff were great and treated us like family while taking the time to explain and show to us a lot of things about the culture of this part of Vietnam in perfect English.
The location is amazing and it's perfect to detach from the busy modern lifestyle and relaxing next to the wonderful lake.

We didn't have a private car or motorbike but the staff was happy to help us reach the place and go to the next destination of our trip.

We had delicious dinners and amazing experiences throughout our stay and all for a fair price. Moreover this is a great example of sustainable tourism since it focuses on providing work education and jobs for people of this area of Vietnam.

Recently, we visited this place with a group of friends. This place is spectacular, we enjoyed so much. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. They are willing to adjust things for your needs. Lunch and dinner were definitely worth the price. Hot water, WiFi and clean beds.
Definitely we will come back next time.

Lavie Vu Linh is an extraordinary and unique experience. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and the perfect spot for sunset lovers. The rooms face the lake and have a natural cooling system. Falling asleep while hearing all kinds of different animals in the woods is simply magic.
The hosts are very warm-hearted, helpful and adorable. We shared interesting conversations around a delicious (!) meal! If you look for an authentic and special place to spend a peaceful time in nature, this is your place! If you are looking for a luxury resort…it is not. That’s to be considered and the choice is yours. I’d always recommend La Vie Eco Lodge and hope to come back soon!

One of my most beautiful and unique experiences in Vietnam, I loved this place so much, so peaceful and the people are incredibly nice and welcoming, Xuan took care of me the whole time, I miss him and all the other beautiful people there who I met! Thankyou for everything, a place I'll never forget :)

Staying here was awesome! We booked the lake view room and loved it, the view and sunsets are amazing! Water is lovely to swim in.
The staff are the most helpful and kind. We had the best couple days exploring the area and learning so much about the culture.
Food was spectacular! Family dinners and lunches - so delicious!
The day trips are awesome as wel, taking us out to see the local attractions and make for wonderful days.
Can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional location, beautiful view, good food, friendly/lovely host, family eco-homestay style - there are the reasons for my 5 stars vote. Love also their social efforts for the local community. The facility could be improved and it might need some better maintenance after 2 years of covid-19 lockdown. Hope to see it in a better shape when I come back. Still my recommendation for those who love nature, want to have a hide-away from fast-paced life, and support eco-friendly tourism.

What an amazing place.. felt so at peace here with an amazing view on the lake and great people running the place!

Interesting place. Big traditional stilt house with private rooms or a dorm. We were the only people there and they let us have a big loud party there. The scenery is beautiful and the weather was super warm in the day and lovely at night. Well of the beaten track. Nice and accommodating

Really nice place, really chill. The staff speak English and French. Most of them represent the Dao ethnic, they are really nice.
Perfect for resting in your way to the north, they can also organisé tour in cave, on the lake, in the jungle or to meet locals.
The food ils really good, meals are taken like in Dao daily (all together). the view astonishing. There is all accommodations needed (including mosquitoes net).
I sure hope to come back one day. recommand 100%.

This was our second time at La Vie Vu Linh and we'll be back again for sure. The perfect location for a weekend bike trip with friends... Swimming, exploring, and chilling out by the lake. Stunning scenery, comfy beds and amazing food. Mina, Fredo, Dai and all the staff are so lovely and accomodating. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Wonderful stay in this beautiful ecolodge doing its best to improve again and again. Staff is so warm and friendly, food delicious, garden is superb and La Vie is aptly named! I highly recommend for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful place in front of the lake, enjoy and let it go.

Located lake side, great scenery, very friendly staffs, fresh fishes from the lake! Good experience!!!

A great place to chill few days

Very lovely Place. The staff was friendly and helpful, they really gave their best to help us have a gret time. Incredible tasty and authentic food. We really loved the nature and the trips they organised for us.

The location is really unique and amazing, the way to get there is unforgettable, the locals and staff are really caring, warm and kind, the local (!) food is just mind blowing with a great taste and hard to beat freshness.

Very peaceful and atmospheric. Good place to drop your tent. And there is a great tracks for off-roading.

Very nice eco lodge for a quick stay.
Staff is friendly and willing to share and talk about Vietnam culture.
I recommend.
