Quoc Phuong Riverside Homestay

A Great Place with a great host! Delicious homemade food. Nice pool (essential 😉). Offers excellent Mekong River tour in his own boat. A lot of information (in English) and a good humor. Scooter and bicycle rental. Off the road (you have to follow a footpath for about 50m). Quite remote with nothing around but everything you need is there. The host is very helpful. Enjoy!

Many good bikes to use to sightsee. Within a ride we saw fish farms on land and in a 2km wide river. We also saw fish Noodle factory, candied coconut and jam production . Both across the road. Incredible temple. Easy safe rides without traffic. Everywhere close by people live in paradisical food forests .
The owner has a lifetime of tour guide experience and can listen and plan better than anyone else. He is highly venerated so his guests are treated superbly by the sightseeing location hosts. Food is cooked by family and is quick and tasty . Rooms are stunning with good mattresses and pillows. Gorgeous pool , dining areas and food gardens .

Amazing experience!! It has been my favourite part of the tour so far. We did the 5h boat tour with the owner of this Homestay and it was really authentic, beautiful and heartwarming. Totalmente recommended. The place is also really cool if you like sleeping while being surrounded by nature :)

Such a wonderful getaway from the hustle and hustle of Saigon.
We loved being in nature by the river, clean rooms with spacious bathrooms and such wonderful hospitality.
Minhy and his family had food prepared as we needed and we had no disturbaces!
Definitely coming back for weekends here!

just perfect, the location is super nice and very well maintained. An extremely friendly welcome, the accommodations are very clean and you can find small private terraces by the water. the food is outstanding and really cheap. if you have enough time, the boss offers you a great boat trip in the mekong delta and will take you to a fish farm. our only regret is to have taken only one night in this gîte.

Breakfast is good and all the food is good for a very reasonable price. The host speaks English and is extremely nice and helpful. Also, provides private river and canal tours, fish farm visit and beautiful sunset over Mekong views included. Recommended.

I really recommend this very quite place with riverside bangaloos and a clean swimming pool. I fully enjoyed my 2 nights stay. You can freely use one of the bicycles or rent a motorbike for a daily tour in the area. You can also book a boat trip to discover the channels, the Mekong and visit a fish farm. The owner is very nice and speak English fluently. Prices are really fair.

Really good place for the price. Amazing to be so in nature from the fruit garden, the bungalows, the sounds of the river and the birds… the host is really caring and will help with anything you ask him, their food is also delicious and when we told them we’re vegetarians they made sure to make us veggie dishes for the rest of the trip that were off menu eg went to procure tofu

The place is lovely, quiet and surrounded by nature. Y, the owner is a fantastic host. He took us on a boat trip though the canals and Mekong river and organized a motorcycle trip to Can Tho through the rice fields. He loves chatting and explaining everything about his culture. Food also was super tasty (spring rolls and catfish are delicious) and reasonably priced. Did I mention the free bikes?

Originally, we planned to stay only one night but since everything was so good, we extended our stay for two more nights!

Here is a beautiful bungalow surrounded by banana trees and jackfruit trees, facing the river. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed! The owner, E, speaks lovely English and will be your personal tour guide on the Mekong River tour. He will take you through his village, explaining the way of life, as well as in the surrounding area via his motorized boat. The food is fair priced and tastes AMAZING (I recommend the catfish). Free (delicious) breakfast is included, and is plentiful! The beds are large and very comfortable!

This place is truly amazing. I am so thankful to E and his loving family, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were provided with a customized vegan breakfast as well as random plates of delicious fruit by the pool AND the dinner's we ordered off the menu were equally amazing! The location is superb and free bicycles around the Mekong just topped it off. Just be aware that the twin of Ben tre is quite far by pushbike lol (around 4 hours return). The rooms are perfect, grounds perfect, pool perfect, EVERYTHING was perfect. We will 100% return. Thanks so much again

We had a fantastic weekend, very charming place along the river, wild, calm and peaceful. Very good value for money. It is a family business, very nice people who speak good English and some French. The food is nice and the ride on the boat fit perfectly our requirements. Thank you so much!

Food was good (you can ask them to reduce the sugar amount in advance cause it is their eating habit here in Mekong Delta area)
All price is very reasonable!
If you are looking for a chill getaway weekend with love ones or friends, highly highly recommended

A quiet set of wooden bungalows nearby a river (including musqito nets!). A very friendly owner who organises informative river tours. It's a bit out of the way but the lack of input is very welcome after a few days in Ho Chi Minh city

I had a great time at this homestay. Mr Minh Y is very chilled out and relaxed, which made our stay even better. I will definitely be back.

Located off the main road, 15km from Ben Tre center, when you get close to the place, there’re direction sign to help you finding it.
Quoc Phuong surrounded by green tropical tree and fruits. Amazing atmosphere, truly countryside lifestyle. Breakfast was nice with few selections to choose.

Owner just did an upgrade by making a swimming pool for client to chill out. Very impressed to know they do all by hand as machine are not accessible to the house.

Our family of four stayed here in Jul18. Its an absolute haven and by far our favourite place we have stayed during our 2 weeks of travel in Vietnam. The gardens are full of plants, fruits and vegetables all organically grown. They have chickens, turkeys, and other foul roaming the property, which entertained the kids. We relaxed as the kids explored the gardens, this being the only time we felt comfortable letting them out of our sight. The homestay has bikes that are free to use and although there are really no major sights to be seen in the local area, you can really get off track and see some real rural Vietnam this way. The accommodation is spacious, clean and tidy, with clean towels and basic bed linen. The hosts are amazing and go that extra mile to make you welcome, and help you with all travel arrangements. The owner speaks very good English and can take you on tours of the nearby Mekong, which was well worth it. The stay at this homestay made our trip to Vietnam. Highly recommend atleast two nights here.

Really nice place. You can see fireflies in the evening and they have a good boattrip by the brother of the host. We took the short one which was great due to the explanations. We heard that the longer one was a bit touristy. There aren't a lot of mosquitos due to other animals who eat them.
