EVG Community Volunteering Center

This is the best special library I've ever known. It's not morden, convenient, .. and lack of so many thing but everything here is very special by its own way. I'm proud of a part of my youth has a lot of nice memory there. I hope that library will always create the value it ever did.

It's the most wonderful place for everyone included adults and children. No matter who you are, no matter what you do, you want to give back to the community, come here and just do it.

I got my first International Service Learning project with EVG here in July, 2017. And now, when I came back, it has changed a lot. They have built more items now, so people in commune go here for playing sport every evening. Everyday, children go here for reading, playing and learning many interesting things. That's so cool. Best place ever to enjoy the life.

Working with the EVG peeps for the past 12 days had been an amazing experience. Besides their heavy commitment and tight schedule, they are responsible in their work and met up with the expectations given. They are also friendly and understanding, and I can sense the joy in them to help out the community in need. If I were given a chance, I will want to work with them again in the future. THANK YOUUU for everything and for making the YEP trip to Vietnam an unforgettable one :)

I used to join an ISL project of EVG in Phong Thanh, Tra Vinh province. This is the first time I can interact with Singaporean students and a lot of children in Phong Thanh. We, as a team, built a house, taught children and celebrated many events together. We lived in this library for the whole project. The library is so vivid and crowded with children everyday. This experience brings me a lot memories and lessons.
I will come back to Tra Vinh by joining another ISL project in some months later. Thank you EVG for creating such precious opportunity for a Vietnamese student like me.

I stayed in the library almost a month. I could undertand what happened here. I had a lot of fun with the children and shared the knowledge with those students. Being a child again. I hope the best thing alway in your library. Be fun to do volunteer!!!

The EVG members and volunteers are great to be around. Despite the language barrier, we managed to communtcate without any problems.
The local community were also a blast to be apart of.

Great hospitality, amazing planning & extremely fun place to stay in! The place has a huge playground that's perfect for the kids to play around, leaving us a beautiful sight to relish.

Trung tâm tình nguyện cộng đồng EVG được tổ chức ECO Vietnam Group xây dựng tại xã Phong Thạnh, nhằm hỗ trợ những thiếu thốn của xã Phong Thạnh trong việc tiếp cận với giáo dục chất lượng

Thư viện cộng đồng EVG, một trong những hạng mục lớn của trung tâm tình nguyện cộng đồng có nhiều hoạt động giáo dục ý nghĩa, có nhiều cuốn sách hay cho các em học sinh. Học sinh nơi này khi vào thư viện rất lễ phép và chào hỏi mọi người.

Thư viện cộng đồng không chỉ là nơi giáo dục kiến thức mà còn là nhân cách và giá trị cho các em.

Và cũng là một nơi bạn cảm thấy sống ý nghĩa vì những công việc bạn chia sẻ cho cộng đồng.

Tuyệt vời với không gian thoáng đãng, mát lành, như một nơi tuyệt vời dành riêng cho những tri thức tự do bay lượn...

Thư viện cộng đồng EVG là nơi nuôi dưỡng và vun đắp thêm tình yêu thương cho những trẻ em nơi đây nói riêng và cho cộng đồng nói chung. Đây không chỉ là nơi cung cấp cho chúng em về nhiều kiến thức mà còn dạy cho chúng em về những kỹ năng sống , về tình yêu thương giữa người với người và dạy cho chúng em cách chia sẽ và đem những tình yêu thương ấy , những kiến thức ấy đến với cộng đồng vì một mục tiêu là giúp cho cộng đồng của chúng ta ngày càng một phát triển hơn !!!

Chưa bao giờ hối tiếc khi đặt chân tới nơi này. Một nơi đáng để học tập, trải nghiệm và cho mình những kí ức thật đẹp của tuổi trẻ.

Một địa điểm thư viện cộng đồng rất tốt
