It's banh canh local restaurant. They serve two kinds of Banh Canh. One is very normal banh canh. But the other one is very special. The core of the noodle is white but the surrounding of the white core is clear. This noodle has very strong elasticity texture. The soup is a little sweat and fish cake was really nice. It seems like the fish cake is popular this area.

Best Banh Canh (rice noodle soup) in town! Reasonable price and clear, flavorful fish broth. One of the signature dish here in Phan Rang.
Cha cuon (spring rolls) is amazingly fulfilling only 15000vnd, full of fresh herbs, fish cakes, boiled eggs and crunchy fried rice paper. Dipping sauce is on point. Service can be slow in the morning as they're very crowded. Aside from that 10/10 would recommend
