Evo Strength + Fitness

Despite being small, Evo has more than enough what you need for powerlifters. It's still decent for weightlifters and crossfitters. Evo floor is padded with thick rubber mats, equipped with 2 full power racks, a half rack, a mono rack, a deadlift platform, a cable station, 3 bench stations, Ohio power bars, a deadlift bar, Texas power bars, and so on. Especially, not just the owners, but the people here are very friendly, helpful, and open.

Great gym, quite honestly the best I've been able to see in SEA and EA while on exchange and backpacking over 14 countries.

The gym is fully equiped with rogue gear, there is 3 westside style benches (one with a thompson grippy fatpad), 2 full sized rack, one half rack, a cable crossover, a leg press, an horizontal hammer style row machine, dumbbells ranging up to 50 or 60kg if I remember correctly.

Lots of ohio power bars, ohio bars, bumper and calibrated steel plates.
And super rare : a Deadlift bar, a safety squat bar and a deadlift bar.

On top of that the daily pass is cheap, 60K VND which is less than most gym ask for in Vietnam and the staff is really friendly.

Definitely the place to go in Ho Chi Minh if you're interested into powerlifting.

One of the best powerlifting gym in Saigon

Superb gym, perfect for anyone looking for a powerlifting/weightlifting gym.
Bumper plates, rogue bars, powerlifting plates! You’d probably have to take a grab over but well worth it compared to the gyms in the city.

New location but as good a gym as ever. Highly recommended for serious lifting and training. Best in Saigon!
