Big, well equipped CrossFit space that has all the space and equipment you need to keep up with your fitness when traveling (or your living globally like me!)

And ontop of that the coaches know what they are doing, and the classes are a good size.

The price is up there, but we’ll worth it especially with what else is in town.

I spent 3 weeks here and felt like I was part of the community in a short period of time… so short that we filmed some content together!

Awesome experience. From speedy and helpful replies to friendly staff and great facilities. The crossfit class was led well, and we felt very welcomed as a drop-in. All staff took time to talk to us. It was lovely to be able to relax and have a smoothie and healthy food if you want after. Would highly recommend 👌🏽

It's the biggest CrossFit center in Ho Chi Minh. It's a really big space inside and full of equipment for exercise. The Coach is cute and professional, they're helping me a lot who are just starting with Crossfit like me. Not just CrossFit, this is a sports club, this has Boxing, Muay Thai, Gym.... many activities here. I recommend it

We visited this box twice in April and the staff there were so friendly. The box is well equipped and so spacious. Will definitely train here again the next time we’re in HCMC 🤩

Loved the gym! The coach was great, super friendly and made us feel very welcomed! The space is also amazing! Very well equipped and clean. It was great to be able to get a delicious protein smoothie right after training 😁 thank you so much for having us!

I visited here 2 times and met Coach Nick and Dak ( sorry if I write their name wrongly) both are Nice , friendly and professional supported me to workout since I just a beginner in CrossFit. Not only coaches, all staffs here are very service-minded and very very helpful as well. Gym is fully equipped , my opinion here is the best place where you can come and enjoy whole day workout , rest and eat healthy foods, and repeat 👍🏻🫶🏻💪🏻😄

Best CrossFit box you can find in Saigon! The community is fantastic and coaches incredibly knowledgable and friendly. Coming from abroad for holiday in May, I was afraid I would miss ‘Murph’ workout this year, but thanks to CrossFit Q7 they welcomed me and took the part in this event. The box is clean, well equipped, spacious and has a 100m running track around the training space. What impressed me is that they provide camera stands for everyone in case you would like to record the workout! I enquired about the fees & timetable through their Instagram page and received quick response and managed to book the class the next day! They also do drop in sessions if you are staying for short stay in Saigon. Definitely recommend Crossfit Q7. 10/10

Amazing box (it’s HUGE!), great equipment and lots of space. The staff was beyond great and helpful. I was there for a quick drop-in to so 23.2 Open workout and they even helped me with judging. Definitely recommend this place if in town!

What a huge trainingscenter with all kinds of sport. Drop-in was VND400k, normal price for a drop-in. Totally worth the visit as Vietnam lacking of CF boxes.

Great facilities, nice people, helpful coaches. I had a great time here. A great place for people who love CrossFit, gym, boxing, swimming and more to experience.

Best place ever. Always happy people. Nice workouts. Part of the equipment would need some updating (jumpropes, rubber bands) but then again a huge set of rowers and bikes. Aircon would be nice. Staff speakes and understands English.

Probably the coolest CrossFit gym I have been to in the world, and I used to own a box in California. As well as Crossfit they have kick boxing , yoga, basketball, a pool and an awesome health restaurant. So impressed
