Kin Neko - Grooming and Cat Hotel

We always have a great experience at Kin Neko pet grooming service. We get little treats and toys as a gift for grooming each time, and our babies smell super fresh and clean.

We've trusted Kin with our two cats, San and Cam, from day one. The staff are friendly and dedicated, going above and beyond with their care. The environment is friendly, hygienic, and cat-approved! We feel completely confident and relaxed knowing our feline friends are in such good hands.

Brought my cat here after a horrible experience at another “popular / luxury” grooming place (check my other review). It was excellent from A to Z. My cat is sleeping soundly next to me, purring and smelling great. If you have a cat, this is the best place in HCM to take them right now. I also saw the cat accommodated which is all new, spacious and sparkling. The owners truly love the cats and have a passion for taking care of them. I will leave my 2 cats here when I go on holiday.

The Kin Neko Team are delightful and very hard working. With a passion to care for our feline friends and always going the extra mile to help wherever possible e.g. if you're cat is staying at 'the hotel' they'll send daily updates and always reply promptly if you have any queries. Best cat cafe in Vietnam. Cats are extremely beautiful and friendly. Upscale cafe: best exotic cat breeds and staffs are so nice. We spent 1,5 hours to give them special treats & caress them. Soooo adorable all of them.

To me, it's the best quality with decent price I've seen so far!
This place doesn't smell like a zoo like some other places, they take good care of the cats and also cleanliness of the place.

Cats have play time with their friends and food/water gets renewed everyday.

Sending my cat- Oc - at Kin around 10 days, Oc received an extremely Kin’s cares from physical health to mental aspect. Oc had time to play with other pets in fresh and friendly environment with 24/7 air-conditioner turned on while having scientific meal times. Moreover, hotel rooms at Kin are larger and much nicer than other places that I have known.
Highly recommend Kin’s services.
