Very friendly and helpful staff, they helped book transport, recommended good local restaurants,...they eager to learn English, so don't expect perfect English and help them improve their skills. Nice resort with lovely views of the mountain, beautiful garden. Food was good but you have to book in advance. Room was clean, but the mattress is very hard, that's a negative part. Breakfast was ok, not much choices but still better than others hotels in town. Has a small store selling teas, honey, some bags and traditional H'mông ethnic dresses.

Good place with wide space, full entertainment, swimming pool, karaoke, spa. Room is clean. Breakfast buffet is just fair with basic dishes.
