This is scammers. We forced to run from villa B6 , that we rented in april here for long term contract, because every day there is after 7pm villa start to be full of huge cockroaches, all kitchen equipment is dirty and old, in kettle fried ants and generally ants its also problem in villa, there is a lot of them. Manager lied that no insects before we sign contract, also they lie about bills, they send no villa bills but bills of their company and you have to pay that because they keep your deposit. To stay in their villas not possible for more than 1 day, because otherwise you will have lot of stress. We lose around 6000$ because they don’t want refund money, but after 5 days we had run from this villa, because management do nothing for fix problems there, just promises, and after absolutely ignoring (especially when they took money). All bed linen there dirty, and some of them have holes and hairs of somebody.
