Have stayed at Ham Luong many times. We're staying again while visiting our family in Ben Tre. This is a nice 3 star hotel, comfortable and clean. It's directly across from the Ham Luong River, which is a nice jump-off point for a river excursion in the beautiful Mekong Delta. We only had a small problem this time around. We'd asked for a room with a river view, for which we were willing to pay more. When we got to our room, we found it too low to see the river and a tent also blocked the view. We asked for and were given another room that did have a better view. I've probably stayed at Ham Luong dozens of times over the years and one other suggestion I would make is to keep the tile floors throughout the hotel. This time around, both the initial room and subsequent room we were offered had carpeted floors. It's been my experience in the past that every room had tiled floors, which always present as much cleaner "feeling" than carpeted floors--a minor complaint. Overall, a very nice hotel in a great location. I wholeheartedly recommend whether you are a visitor from another part of Vietnam or a foreigner visiting beautiful Vietnam.

Attended a large event here at the hotel - service at the event was impeccable. Convenient location, right across the river and walking distance to street markets, eateries, and groceries. Priced competitively to others in the same area and along the river. Seemed to be an older facility, so expect dated decorations and amenities. Stayed in a two bedroom room - clean, open, with tall windows, a fridge, tv, and ac. When needed, service was good. Smooth, fast wifi. Large breakfast buffet included with stay, recommend going earlier if you plan to attend. Credit card machine broken upon checkout, so have the Momo app or cash ready. Stayed 1 night, no complaints

We only stayed one night. I will come back to enjoy it a bit longer. The buffet breakfast was a good morning starter. Not a big selection but ok for the location.

I was not a guest in this hotel but the staff was extremely helpful and kind when I needed urgent help when my phone accidentally fell into the river in front of the hotel. They went out of their way to help organising a boat to look for the phone. Thank you very much!

First time back since Covid. The new restaurant on the side of the hotel is very pleasant

Phòng sạch sẽ thoáng mát, mình đi với giá đình nhìu trẻ em nhưng bé nào cũng thích không khí và cả phòng, buffet sáng không nhiều món nhưng món nào cũng rất ngon , lễ tân nhiệt tình thân thiện, mình và gia đình rất hài lòng, mọi người nên thử qua 😊

Phòng sạch đẹp, phục vụ tốt nhưng thiết kế của KS hơi lạ, đi thang máy xong lại phải đi bộ tiếp, khách mà nhiều đồ thì hơi mệt

Khách sạn sạch đẹp đối diện sông Hàm Luôn. Gần khách sạn dịch vụ ăn uống đầy đủ. Ăn sáng buttet khá nhiều món.

Ks tốt , giá rẻ , ăn sáng buffet tạm được
