Mi Quang 1A

I've only had Mi Quang noodles a couple times so I'm by no means an expert. But I can say with confidence that I enjoyed myself at this restaurant. Noodles are thick and cooked just right. Flavor is good especially when you add vinegar and chili. And the greens and other fixins tasted fresh. All in all, I left feeling satisfied.

Initial thoughts, yeah pretty good. Add some chilli and vinegar, the absolute bomb. Would recommend 10/10. Very light and potent. In case you didn't know where the vinegar is, it's the clear liquid with 'white' chillies in them.

Delicious food, locals + tourists dine here. 45K for the "special" with shrimp, pork, chicken, and egg. Sauce is tasty, bowl was served hot. Crispy round cracker 5K each. The sugarcane and passion fruit drink was very sweet. About 10k each.

Very delicious Mi Quang in Da Nang Fantastic City!

Tasty big noodle without soup. If you like this kind of noodle, would be the choice. Staffs don’t speak English but kind and supportive. Spiciness and saltiness could be added from seasoning container on the table.

The noodle with pork and shrimp is delicious. It's a cold dish, you enjoy it by mixing in the vegetable. Don't wet the crispy chip on to. You can order extra rice cracker to break up and add in the noodle and mix it all up. Price very reasonable with good selection of drinks. I tried the tamarind juice, very different, tasty but too rich for my liking, still worthwhile giving it a try if you haven't tried it before. They speak no English but luckily they have English menu and the menu is simple enough to order from. They have fork.

Tried the Mi Quang with grilled rice cracker. It was perfectly delicious!!!

Got 1 bowl of Mì Quảng Tôm Thịt and another bowl of just the noodle and the sauce. You can ask the owner/server to modify your bowl (extra noodles or extra nuts, etc). Good and clean food at reasonable prices. This shop has been here for 10+ years. I don't clean the chopsticks before eating like I do at other stores, that's how much I trust the quality and cleanliness of the food and utensils here.

Found this place in a travel guide and I’m glad I got to go there. Easy to order since the menu was written in English. So cheap too. Mi quang is a noodle dish from Danang so it’s worth trying when you’re there!

Very delicious! Loved the flavors here. The corn milk goes really well with Mi Quang. One of my favorite places in Da Nang.

Just like anywhere in Vietnam, if you want any drink without sugar you must say so otherwise it will be loaded with it.

I'd walk five miles through the snow in my bare feet for a bowl of mì Quảng Đa Nẳng from here. It's that good. The owner is always happy to see me and welcomes me with a smile. Have some nước mía or sugarcane juice with your meal. Highly, highly recommended.

Local atmosphere and great taste! Maybe the best mi quang noodles I had in Vietnam. Free tea and cheap prices, definitely a great place for lunch!
