Jeanne Hotel CaoBang

Great guesthouse hotel in the main part of Cao Bang. Clean, comfortable beds, hot showers, good location. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We forgot some things in the room after check out and didn't realize it. When we came back to get our luggage and leave, he let us know and returned everything to us. He also helped us get an excellent taxi tour guide for the day to go to Ban Gioc and other sights. The drive was named Hoan and he was excellent as well.

Good location in town, friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. Would stay again.

The hôtel is well located, the room is clean and functionnal, rates are reasonnable and the staff really helpfull.

We liked our experience at the Jeanne hotel.
First, the room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also immaculate, and the shower had strong pressure. Also, it is equipped with many supplies.
Then the hotel's location is convenient since it is in the heart of Cao Bang, with several nearby restaurants, cafes, and diverse shops.
Finally, besides being very spotty the second day, the wifi service was satisfying overall.

I had a wonderful time staying here. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. He helped get busses and taxis around the province and gave me helpful advice on local restaurants. He made my experience here in Cao Bang feel special.

The owner is extremely nice and does his best to understand you. He's very friendly and his staff is superb and wants to help you. They were up at 530am to help us arrive even though check-in wasn't until noon. Additionally, they booked me a taxi to the bus station so I can get back to Hanoi.

Unfortunately the bike rentals were quoted at 2x the price of what I paid elsewhere in Cao Bang (they offered 200K dong, I found 125K elsewhere) and the recommendation for the spa was horrendous (DO NOT GO TO SEN SPA).

That said, the staffs service was extremely understanding and always did their best, and the owner was personal and genuine in the best he could. The service qualifies for 5 stars for me, after going above and beyond with an incident.

Super! We just walked in and got a perfect twin room. Very clean and comfy beds. Coffee, tea and water. Great and friendly owner and staff. We first booked for 1 night and where very happy to stay another one, too.

Extremely helpful owner, gave us excellent service, speaks very good english and helped me get my bike repaired for free at the mechanics next door. Its a new hotel so the rooms are great as are the bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here if you're coming or are in Cao bang

Stayed here after a 9 hour ride from Hanoi. Good rooms, helpful staff, guided me to the best spa in town (zen spa), which ended up being not alone the best massage of my entire 1 month Vietnam trip.

Very clean, centrally located, very helpful staff with good spoken English-language , the bus to the waterfalls leaves from outside the hotel every half hour. Lots of restaurants located within 1000 mts.

Very kind and helpfull staf. Clean and nice room with a good bed. Hotel placed in city center, very central, only problem was to get western breakfast, but survived.

Good facility with high quality customer service.
