Hide Away Homestay Ben Tre

I don't know if you know the feeling when you're on your way from one place to the next and only have to make a stopover to meet the basic needs: eat, shower, chill a bit, sleep, a taxi at an unspeakably early time and especially someone who will help you through all of this even though you don't speak a word of Vietnamese. We found so much more in the Hideaway Bungalows: the best homemade pho I have ever eaten, very authentic, large huts with a beautiful outdoor bath area, a panorama window in the middle of the most beautiful jungle with jungle sounds, a host who even later in the evening helped with concerns (vegan breakfast or ordering a taxi early in the morning). And all this in a wonderfully rural area, where you get to know a lot of people and are still connected to the city 24/7. Together they guided me to the right bus station and it was only on the bus that I really realized how lucky I was to have found this place.

We really enjoyed the 2 nights spent here : bungalows’ design are unique and eco-friendly decorated. Even if the staff does not speak English, the owner is always available by phone, very nice and flexible. Food was also very fresh, especially the grilled fish. You have to order a few hours before as they buy food in the local market. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back !

Charming place to stay in Mekong delta. The house was clean and very pretty. There were free bicycles for us so we could explore the area. They also let us stay few hours longer as they didn’t have any new guests on that day, which was super helpful for us. Thank you!

This place is so wonderful! The garden of the accommodation reminds you of an paradies. There is everything you need! Unfortunately we‘ve been just able to stay for one night. I would recommend to stay longer to enjoy the location.

The most beautiful homestay I have ever been to. The host is full of kindness and helpful. The animals around the homestay are very kind and give the place a very peaceful atmosphere.

I loved it here so much and wish I'd never have to leave.

All the different types of accommodation make it very interesting to stay for a few days and change your experience without having to move to another hotel/homestay.

I needed a very good vacation for myself and my dog. And my time (4N5D) at Hide Away Homestay was more than perfect.

Birds, cats, dogs play together in the large green yard and stream water (there is a fence that can secure their playing area from outside). And I could have great coffee and home-made meal so that I didn't have to get out. Also the host, Mai, was an amazing woman who understood exactly what guests need and always supportive.

For me, it was like a vacation at my grandparents' house where I can perfectly relax myself without anything worries.

I will definitely come back to here, and strongly recommend for nature lovers & animal lovers.

Gorgeous homestay in a quiet part of Ben Tre. You wake up to the sounds of birds and insects. Mai’s family were fantastic hosts, organising motorbikes for is to rent the moment we arrived and being really accommodating with everything else. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and accomodation

Wunderschöne Bungalow-Anlage am Stadtrand, ruhig gelegen mit verschiedenen Bungalowtypen: Es gibt ein Schilfhäuschen mit offen Fenstern (ohne Glas), ein Bambushaus oder auch massivere Bungalows mit einer Glasfront. Wir waren im Schilfhaus. Man hört die Palmen rauschen und hat ein Wohngefühl wie in einem Zelt, wunderbar! Die Dusche und das WC sind sehr modern. Der Rezeptionist ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns z.B. zweimal ein Mittagessen kommen lassen. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

I proprietari invece non ci hanno rivolto parola.. Colazione impossibile a fare perché non c'era nessuno alle 8 di mattina.

Mình đặt phòng trên Booking, khi đến làm thủ tục checkin thì mình đến muộn, lễ tân đã ra về may mắn được anh Huy chủ nhà qua hỗ trợ, chủ nhà rất dễ thương và thân thiện, tặng mình vài quả bưởi làm quà nữa, chất lượng dịch vụ ở Home này là 10/10, không gian thoáng đãng, phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng và sống trong lành. Rất đáng kì vọng cho chuyến hành trình dài.

Thật là một dịp trùng hợp khi hôm qua mình đến Hide Away Homestay , cũng là " Cái duyên " sinh nhật của anh chủ , mình đã được anh chủ mời vào và cùng chung vui với gia đình , anh chủ đẹp trai 🤭🤭lại còn vui tính . Omg 😮 mình êu anh ấy mất rồi ❤❤ .

Je recommande pour une pause nature. Le cadre est charmant et le bungalow est très cosy et fonctionnel. De plus, l’hôte est très gentille, arrangeante, parle très bien anglais (n’hésitez pas à lui demander des recommandations de resto, etc). Vous pouvez louer des vélos (gratuitement) et des scooters directement à la maison d’hôte. À noter que si vous avez l’habitude des hôtels tout confort, c’est un peu différent comme c’est dans la nature : il y a le bruit des coqs le matin, la salle de bain donne un peu sur l’extérieur (vous êtes caché par des murs de bambou mais il n’y a pas de plafond), …

Homestay giá rẻ, yên tĩnh, thoải mái. Đa phần là người nước ngoài. Nhà mình ở 2 căn Coco và Studio. Do hết phòng nên ở Studio cũng tạm dù ko đẹp bằng các căn khác.
Phần lớn thời gian mình đi chơi bên ngoài. Cô chủ nhắn cho 1 danh sách các điểm đến thú vị.
Chú lớn tuổi chắc là ba của cô chủ khá thân thiện, lịch sự và tốt bụng. Chị dọn phòng hiền và nhiệt tình.
Mấy chú chó theo mình suốt, nhất là cô chó nhỏ màu trắng biết cười nằm trước phòng chờ mình ra.
Có dịp sẽ quay lại !

Homestay nằm ngoài đường nên cũng dễ tìm, có điều nếu đi xe hơi băng qua cầu vô nhà hơi khó. Nhà xanh mướt cây cối hoa lá um tùm. Phòng có một số vật dụng cơ bản, toilet riêng nhưng ở ngoài. Nhược điểm là hơi muỗi một xí
