Mini Mekong

I can't wait to go back! The host is sweet, caring, and friendly. They cooked us delicious breakfasts every day of our stay. They hung up hammocks for us in between the coconut trees, greeted us with fresh coconuts, and they even used biodegradable grass straws so they could avoid using single-use plastic!

You have to drive a little bit to get into the central part of town, but honestly the area around the homestay is so nice and peaceful, it was pretty hard for us to even want to leave

Where to start..Real oasis of calmness and time well spent. Only 2 rooms, lot's of space, everything is done in a very simple, yet tasteful way. Amazing garden and pond area, where you can spend your day chilling in hammock. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We've stayed here for two days, as we wanted to have a rest after hectic Saigon. If one day we will be visiting Mekong delta again Mini Mekong will definitely be our choice again.

The Homestay is amazing. We were staying in a bungalow entirely made of palm leaves.
the coconut garden is enormous and full of palm trees.
There are also some animals around like dogs, goose,duck and rooster.
The host live in the same property but in another house, some meters away.
They are very kind and lovely.
They invited us over for banana wine and dried fruits made by them.very good!
The communication is via translator but ok because it's funny.

The student Tran, works there part time and was happy to show us her workplace in a coconut factory close by.

The center of Ben tre is easy to reach with bike or scooter, both available at the mini Mekong.
I will definitely recommend this place if you want to escape from the busy city and enjoy nature. But not only it's perfect of you want to live local with no tourism and no translation at restaurants. Here the place is authentic.

The homestay is under 60-years coconut garden with small rivers around. They have many kinds of fruit in garden and cute animals. It's a place for people who need quite place for escaping from polluted busy city, or having idle time or who have family with kids want to learn about nature (trees, animals). Moreover, it's not far away from downtown, you can enjoy local activities or food at night (2km from there)

It takes 2 hours (80km) from HCM city. You can reach there by bus or motorbike

Beautiful place in a wonderful environment, the hosts are welcoming and charming, they will share their banana alcool and coconuts, help you the more they can. The place to stay if you consider staying in Ben Tre

Very lovely hosts who will invite you to some honemade liquor and coconuts.
The cabins are nice and clean, but also have some kind of outdoor feeling

Great home stay place

Vị trí trong ngõ, nên có biển để ở đầu đường cho dễ tìm. Có chỗ đậu ô tô nhưng đường vài hơi bé chút. Homestay chỉ có 2 phòng, hơi bé so với mình nghĩ.
Tuy nhiên, phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, wc và nhà tắm tách biệt, sạch sẽ. Nhà lá không có điều hòa vì đêm nằm bật quạt là đủ mát rồi. Nhà có 2 con chó, sủa to nhưng không cắn, thân thiện với trẻ :D
Chiều mang võng ra mắc ở cây dừa rồi nằm đọc sách thì rất thích. Hai cô chú chủ nhà siêu nhiệt tình, thân thiện, chặt dừa chi cả nhà uống, còn hướng dẫn chỗ ăn , chỗ chơi.

Anh chị chủ rất nhiệt tình chỉ địa điểm ăn uống vui chơi qua whatsapp. 2 bác thân thiện thoải mái và nấu ăn sáng ngon. Phòng hơi nhiều muỗi. Vệ sinh riêng biệt và sạch sẽ. Cuối cùng là vườn và 2 em chó rất xinhhh
