Hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had. I first enjoyed a relaxing shampoo with a scalp massage then moved to the chair and received my cut. I have 3b curly hair so I’m always nervous when entering any salon. However, I really had no reason to worry here. You can instantly tell the owner is highly experienced. She knew the exact cut that would look best with my face shape and really took her time. All in all, it was much better than expected. This is definitely my go to salon when in Ho Chi Minh. I will be back!

I did my haircut here. The next day, I returned for a natural perm, as suggested by the hairdresser, since my hair is very flat. I'm very satisfied with the result and can recommend this hair salon. Maybe I'll fly again to Saigon just to do the perm here! 😅

Ms. Thuy the hairdresser always surprised me yet never feel disappointed when follow her advice. She know what’s best for customers better than ourselves, and always treats customer with the best hospitality. Price come with quality. The shop always crowded so you better book in advance and be expected some delays.

I did not know that appt is required, but they are still willing to take me. The boss is super nice!!! She is treating every guest very polite and with patience’s . The store is kinda busy, but she will still take care of you for the main haircut! She did a super good job on my hair cut! Just like the picture I showed her. I was so happy that I even forgot my phone there. I think this place deserves more reviews and customers!

My experience at this hair salon was perfect. I loved the professionalism of the hairdresser : she perfectly understood what I wanted, and used her expertise to adapt my request to my hair quality, to obtain the best result. I recommend that you make an appointment in advance, because this hair salon is very successful. However, she agreed to take me without an appointment and I was very well received.

This was a wonderful experience with Mrs. Thuy, her brother and sister (?).

I came into her shop with bleached out hair, roots and very long. I left with a gorgeous cut and pretty light brown hair. Beyond that I loved the conversation, especially about golf. A great stop!

Japanese style hairsalon. Excellent customer service, took almost 5 hours for cutting, coloring, curling and restoration. Using 100% product. The team (3 staffs including the main hair stylist-also owner) are extremely attentive to detail and take care of every little step from beginning to end. Will come back here.

Been stick with Luxe for approximately 3 years since I fled to Saigon to avoid the pandemic, yet I haven't found any barber shop that secure my confident elsewhere beside Luxe. Under the consultation of Ms. Thuy and Mr. Phat, Luxe ensure how my haircut could perfectly frame my face in or out of the salon.
On the other hand, Luxe is not only my to-go place based on their profession but alo their engagement in hospitalities and reliable high quality goods. Within consider their hospitality (including the glassed cleaner which I highly recommend) and their profession, my decision with still be Luxe out of numerous barber and salon in saigon.
Hence, the salon is also located in a alley that contains highly cinematic aesthetic.

Very happy with my cut. Nobody in my country would cut my long hair. Thuy was decisive. I love the short hair cut she chose for me. Makes me younger, and even my hubby who hates short hair says it is really good. Thuy also did a very cool kawaii haircut for my daughter. She whined at first but now she loves it knowing how cool it looks. Thank you!

Normally, I’m not the type of person that spends too much on my hair. Properly because I have been to some of the worst salons, they ruin my hair and damage my head skin.

But Ms. Thuy - the owner, show me that the money I spend in Luxe is worth every penny! No upselling or asking customers for more products/ use more services. Only excellent professional skills!

My go-to place whenever I need to get my hair done 👍 The hairdresser is super professional, gives me solid advice for my hairstyle and color. Everyone at the salon is friendly.
