Qua hơn 1 tuần nhà mình vẫn chưa thể lấy lại tiền cọc 2 tháng từ chủ nhà và bên môi giới thuê nhà là Pure home chối bỏ trách nhiệm hoàn tiền cọc. Với lý do họ đưa ra là nhà bị hư hại nặng mặc dù hình ảnh bên họ đưa ra chỉ là bụi bám bề mặt (căn 11 ngay góc công trình đang xây việc bụi bám là điều hiển nhiên) và những vết mẻ góc tường và vết dơ sàn toilet đã có ngay từ lúc mình dọn vô.
Mong các bạn môi giới và khách thuê suy nghĩ thật kỹ trước khi giới thiệu căn này cho bất kỳ ai để trách việc mất tiền đặt cọc như mình.
Masteri An Phu [B34.11] and Pure home real estate
Have been more than a week since we moved out from B34.11, we could not get back our 2 months deposit from owner either from Pure home real estate (as they mention this problem is out of their role). They denied return our deposit with a reasons of house damages such as dirts, mark on the wall and floor and scratch at the corner wall. Even though some of the damages, I had took photos when we moved in that it had been there before.
At the end, I just want to warn all the house agents please don't introduce this unit to your customer and all people looking for new home please be aware with this unit and specially working with Pure home real estate as they are very rude, not answering any phone calls or take any responsibility as agent.
