Wonderful service provided by RITA Hair salon and specifically by the owner! I didnt call in to book an appointment, however the owner was welcoming enough to let me do my hair straightening. The owner recommended me to do a straight perm instead of going with my choice of keratin treatment as he told me the effect wont be noticeable as my natural curls are quite strong. Also he really cut my professionally and taught me how to lengthen the effect of the straight perm . Thank u so much and we’ll be back again !

Even after one night, I am still touched about how details the hair stylist took care of my hair yesterday afternoon. My hair stylist is Ryo-san. I didn’t find much information about the place and my hair stylist. So here to share some details if anyone is thinking of flying oversea and experiencing their great service and professional skills.
I made the reservation online before arriving Vietnam. You may find the web for reservation at their website and you can easily reach out to them thru Line and leave a message over the website. Overall, it’s easy to do communication with no language barrier as you can speak in English.

Ryo-san can speak English and we had a short discussion about my thoughts and wishes on my expectations for a new hair style. Mine is not complicated as I’d like to have a spa, treatment for my hair and hair cutting to shorter my long hair. My original hair length was about 25cm below my shoulder line. The expectation length was 10cm below my ears. I left the rest to Ryo-san and let him advice and decide what works for me the best.

He is a detail-oriented stylist as he checked all places over my head from all angles to make sure the outline of my hair is smooth and the curve is naturally good. It took time to do this part but I could tell he seriously wants to make it perfect. Usually for non-local customers, like me, the possibility of returning back is low. He still took my case carefully.

For the salon itself, the elevator to the fifth floor is behind the restaurant. So, you have to enter into the restaurant and the restaurant people will point you to the elevator.

This place has been the best place so far for hair shampooing and scalp care ( I tried several salons). Their massage skill is amazing ( especially the guy named Huy) and the staffs are all kind and friendly. I do scalp care 1-2 times a month only and I don’t need to do much hair care at home except hair oil and my hair is great. Good place for relaxing and hair care. Love love ❤

Had a fantastic wash, light scalp massage, haircut and blow dry.. cost was $30 usd . was in salon around 1 hour. English widely understood and they take credit card !

Did the head spa 490,000d with the boy. Sooooooooo good. Felt a sleep there. So relaxing. Recommended!!

BTW, the salon is located on the 5th floor. You have to walk pass the restaurant downstairs

Got a haircut with a Japanese hairstylist with a very warm and welcoming personality. There will be some language barriers if you do not speak Japanese but the shop is generally very welcoming. Also had one of the best hair wash here. Price is on the high side but I guess this is expected as they mainly cater for tourist/expats/japanese

Absolutely wonderful and totally relaxing! Between the sun, smog, and sand, my hair was so happy I decided to stop at RITA during my limited time in HCM.

The salon is clean and welcoming, but more importantly the service was next level good and very reasonably priced! Tiên gave an incredible head, face, and bonus neck massage. My scalp feels completely refreshed and the products smell expensive. I only wish I had time to go back for the eyelash service as I am sure it is top notch.

Staff are polite and professional. Service was very good. They stated the priced and charged accordingly and did not try to cheat tourists by suggesting a separate cost for other services. A great location if you're looking for quality and professionalism.

Did their milbon 3 step treatment for 790,000VND. You have to add shampoo cost which was 210,000VND if you wish to do the treatment. Staff was sweet and friendly, speaks English, and very nice! ^_^ they have wifi too.

Lady that helped with shampooing was very delicate in her head massages. Love the attitude here - thank you for such a good experience!

If I could give 10 I would! Impeccable service! Had a hair rebonding and I love it. Would probably come back for colouring 🤩🥰 the best part is, there is noooo upselling which almost all salon does.

Randomly found this place on Google Maps and was planning to go have a simple hairwash and blowdry because the water at our hotel room wasn’t working well so as the dryer. So, I picked this place. The staff at Rita hair salon are nice and very caring. With this good price, I got more than I paid. A massage and hot towel during the wash too!! Impressed!😍 definitely coming back

This place is wonderful and everyone should visit if they are looking for a hair cut in HCMC. I came in late and wasn’t sure if I could be accommodated but I was which was so kind. The shampoo was great with such an amazing head massage. I was also given a superb blow dry and felt like a million bucks afterwards. Go here, you will not be disappointed! 💗

Chose to do bleach highlight and eyelash extensions at Rita Hair. Very satisfied. Staff is nice and caring. Stylists are professional and effective. The head massage during hair wash was a surprise. Highly recommended ☺

They fitted me in straight away no problem one of the staff members spoke excellent English. After travelling my hair was dirty so I went for a hair wash, it was so so good, they understood my curly hair didnt suit being blowwaved so instead gave me a natural curly mousse. My hair came out looking and smelling amazing for a very reasonable price.

My husband and i desperate for a haircut stumbled on Rita hair salon by chance. We both got great haircuts and the head massage was mind blowing. This was 2 months ago so now I'm hoping for a repeat experience next week before i fly home. Would recommend the fantastic cutting and relaxing massage.

I dont normally write reviews but thought I should probably let others know. Sister and I went in for a haircut. I ended up getting a Vietnamese haircut and she got a Japanese haircut. The difference is the stylist. The Japanese stylist was very precise so I think that's why it cost a more than a Vietnamese cut. We both came out loving our hair and amazed at each others haircut. Worth it and recommend it. Fyi -
The place is a little hidden and we almost turned around but someone pointed out that we had to take the stairs up another foor so it was more so on the third floor than second floor.

Highly recommend for lashes (amazing retention) and hair cut + colour by Japanese stylist. 5/5 stars. Just book and go
