Be aware and be careful using the ATM machine outside of the bank because it has almost eaten my card this weekend. The screen got frozen in the middle of entering my PW after I inserted the card. I was so afraid to loose my card and I kept pressing the cancel button but the machine didn't respond at all. I tried to find a contact number information on the machine but I could not find any in English. I tried to look up customer service number of Vietcombank with my cell phone for a while however, it was not easy to find. I thought that I was in a deep shxt... I was almost giving up after spending about 10 minutes looking up a customer service phone number, I noticed the small sound from the machine and the card came out. OMG I was so lucky. The screen was still shown the PW entertaining "***" as the same when it was frozen.

Hôm nay lúc trưa 15h30 tôi có ra ngân hàng vcb Lê Thánh Tôn. Thủ tục làm lâu kinh khủng, nhân viên quầy số 7 cười đùa giỡn với khách hàng (không giải quyết nhanh)
