7 Bridges Craft Beer Taproom & Restaurant / Lê Thánh Tôn

This is a great taproom, with lots of beer choices.
We stayed and tried about 9 different beers, but there are more!
The staff were very friendly and there is a good atmosphere.
We didn't have food, but it smelt and looked good.
I would say that beers here are on the higher end, cost wise

I walked past this several times. After finally trying it, I wish I would have tried it sooner. The prices are absolutely reasonable considering the food and the location. Some of the prices are actually quite good. But beverages, for instance sodas, are overpriced at 50K ($2.05) each.

You can order full pizzas for under 500K ($20.65) or by the slice for 70~90K (around $3.25). The pulled pork slice I had was one of the better pizza slices I've had in Vietnam (albeit having not had much pizza here). A slice of pulled pork is 85K ($3.50).

The fish sandwich was a solid fish sandwich. The flavor of the fish was pretty plain tasting, but it was still a quality sandwich and decent size for 170K ($7.00).

They have a great hot sauce they brought out for the pizza. My friend had a cheese burger, and he said it was good. Fries came with both the fish sandwich and the cheese burger (not the case for burger places I've tried in Vietnam - fries are usually separate).

The upstairs seats were comfortable. Low lighting gives it a good date atmosphere (although, I was clearly just here to try the food with a couple friends). The decor is a bit vintage cabaret feel. You may or may not get annoyed by the swing/dance music.

Personally, i find the design of this restaurant pretty cool. It was a multistory building though each the spacing for each level was relatively small.
The ambience was also pretty relaxing since it was dark and the seats provided were quite comfortable.
I will not be commenting about the beer served here since i am not a fan of alcohol but my friend really loves the yuzu beer.

As for the food, the onion rings were pretty good since they were fresh out of the kitchen; it was crunchy and well seasoned though it was alittle too oily so the last few pieces were pretty tough to finish.
I also had the loaded fries (cant remember the name but it was fries with gravy and cheese?) which was decent. Perhaps they could add in more meat such as fried bacon bits to give the dish more texture or flavour, because i felt that i was having fries with mashed potato sauce and carbs with carbs is abit too much for me.
For desserts, i had the brownie which was not too bad. It wasnt overly sweet but the texture was lacking
While I had minor issues with the food (which is mostly me nitpicking), i feel that the price point is pretty reasonable

Overall, i think this is a good place to hangout with your friends or to end your day if you are living nearby

If you like american style pizza come here. They also have good burgers and hot dogs as well. Great place for drinking with friends and hanging out. Located in the main entrance of Japantown.

This bar offers a great beer selection, and the ambiance is delightful. The ground floor has a vibrant vibe with outdoor seating, perfect for chatting with friends amid a lively crowd. Upstairs provides a more private and tranquil atmosphere, maintaining the overall pleasant experience.

It was a very nice restaurant to eat at. The employees were so good. The food was wonderful. I ordered the burger and fries. I'm from Texas and this burger was up there with the best tasting. The beef is from Australia. The fries were cook to perfection

Lovely bar with great beer and food. Music and ambience was on point. The service staff were attentive and helpful with their recommendations. It was conveniently located right across from our hotel. We visited the bar more than once on our trip. We tried several beers and they were some of the best that I have in a while. We tried several pizza slices and the mother clucker burger. The slices were huge so don’t order an entire pizza unless you have a big appetite .

The best brewery in Ho chi minh city! They have so many great options and the staff is super friendly.

Choice of local beer and apple cider were very refreshing. Also, the food was very nice. The had anything from pub appetisers, sandwiches and other main dishes, depending how hungry you are. All served by a very energetic, fun server.

This is the kind of American food and bar where is cozy, and you can order some decent food and drinks to enjoy your time. Recommand for people who like some burgers and beer for a cozy afternoon.

We have been very fortunate to be staying in a hotel near this bar.

Firstly, the staff are absolutely the best, they're friendly, attentive and quick to apologize if there's a delay, for example a keg is being changed.

Secondly, the beer quality and temperature is 2nd to none. The blonde beer is fantastic and my wife loved the cider. The prices are really good for a big city bar of this calibre.

Last but not least, the food is really good, a decent sized serving and at a good price

We can't fault this bar, the ambience, the staff or the food and beer.

Great craft beer bar at reasonable prices. Looks like they just started, but they offer great selection of craff beers.
Fod menus are not many. But very tasty. Especially the truffles french fries are aromatic and tasty.

Excellent beers on rotation, with guest and seasonal taps to break away from their traditional offerings. Big fan of the 11 Dragon IPA, one of their seasonal offerings.... Excellent service with friendly and knowledgeable staff, even showed us other local joints near by!

I came 7Bridges Ho Chi Minh City on a holiday in Apr 2022, and had the privilede to meet and talk with Mr. Stanley (Chairman) and Saori (CEO). They are kind, friendly, energetic, and professional.

I've also enjoyed a variety of craft beers here, it's really good both taste and aroma. Although no beer has a biterness above 50 IBU, all in all, there are many beers that are well worth a try such as Dragon and Imperial IPA, Bavaria, Sunset Wheat, etc.

Staff are helpful and friendly, food is good, nice and warm decoration inside, especially on the third floor taproom. Ah, a reasonable price as well.

Kat is THE staff. Love his enthusiasm & friendliness. Stumbled into here by random choice but honestly so worth the visit!

I love Hibiscus 🌺 cider. So beautiful drink ever

Great selection of craft beer on tap in Japan Town. 3 floors including cosy bar on the 3rd floor. Great for small groups. Go for the outdoor seats or side alley where you get to watch the world and people pass by while enjoying a glass of frosty delicious beer.

Staff are so incredibly friendly, all three levels have different vibes with an open bar downstairs, a nice group room on the second floor and an amazing cocktail/lo-fi lounge up top. Some of the best pizza I've ever had as well! (50".... Hope you're hungry!)

Best beers in Vietnam! Love them! Food is excelent. Great food, excellent beers together with a great atmosphere! Highly recommended! A little bit expensive for Vietnam, but it was totally worthy

Great spot for a beer and pizza in Saigon. Great atmosphere with good music, and the staff were very friendly. Pizza was also good and wide range of drinks available.
