NYNA House Hàm Long

Amazing stay! The host is responsive and extremely helpful. The check in was easy and fast, and the house was clean. We had an extra day at Hanoi after checking out and the host was accommodating and assisted us in storing our luggage too!! Definitely recommend staying at NYNA!

We loved our stay here the first time that we actually stayed at another one of the properties a second time. Super communication, loved both the apartments they were clean, felt spacious and were the perfect sanctuary in a busy city. They were both a modern style. They also had a washing machine and drier which was really useful. Highly reccomend, thank you for a lovely experience.

The place was great! Pros - clean - very nice design - washer (managed to do our laundry!) - we were allowed to leave our luggage for free as our flight was in the evening - the host was amazing and booked whatever we needed for us. Very easy to communicate and fast responding. Thank you so much!

Open space, large windows, beautiful view and quiet

Great location and easy communication with the host. The space itself was fine - great aircon and easily accessible to all the places. Next door had construction which started at 7am till late and it felt like they were going to drill through the roof at times

В номере очень мало вешалок, негде вешать одежду , притом что в номере есть стиралка….. ( полусломанная )
Нет шкафов , негде класть одежду!
В ванной сломан дуршлаг ( невозможно голову мыть) Кондиционер очень старый ( пора бы вам там всё менять)
Дофига Комаров , фиг пойми откуда они… матрасы очень жёсткие и постельное белье не очень! Спасибо за внимание)

Fraudulent hotel. They list their rooms on Booking/Priceline site but will not honor the reservation. On their listing the only option for payment is ‘pay at hotel’. But after I made a reservation, they said they needed a deposit or they will not hold the room (which is already suspicious). I asked for instructions on how to make the deposit 3 times but they did not respond. Additionally with their cancellation policy, I would be charged the full amount if I cancel within 14 days. I suspect they were waiting for this to happen so they would get their full payment without giving us the room we reserved.

Scam hotel that just baits and switch at last minute once you have paid fully they will not honor the booking with an excuse and move you to a complete different location. Be aware

I hate leaving bad reviews. In fact, I rarely write them because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, this experience is worth letting others know about. I (like you) wanted to book this property because of the outstanding reviews. The property was in an ideal location and the customer service & property seemed to be all the rage. I would say that this is still probably true for 90% of those who have stayed at this property. However, BE WARNED if something changes or is wrong with the property...NYNA Properties were a nightmare to work with. My friend and I were so excited to stay in this room (in the photo) however, a day before we were told there was some plumbing issues that needed to be resolved. It was a big bummer, but completely understandable. They asked we keep our reservation and switch to another nearby property. We agreed. However, as soon as we entered the property -- the room wreaked of mildew & mold. (Again, understandable because... #rainy season). However, we discovered the bathroom was covered in black mold. It looked like that area had not been cleaned, sanitized, dried out, etc.. for a long time. In addition, the wood furniture pieces due to the mildew and humidity carried a very strong stench. Even after opening windows and using the air conditioner for a couple of hours. Without having even spent the night, we decided that we needed to move to another hotel. My friend (mold allergy) was having coughing fits and we both could not rest comfortably. We offered to even pay for the first night since we had used the room in the afternoon & then asked if we could have a partial if not full refund. In the beginning the NYNA property agents and hosts responded and tried to convince us to stay & make excuses. However, when we said that we'd prefer to spend the night elsewhere they cut off all communication. They read all of our WhatsApp Messages, but never responded. Then when contacting Agoda directly we came to find out that NYNA staff had lied about our claim of the mold in the room. We have not gotten any refund or any response from the property to this day. It was a nightmare and cut off so much time from our vacation. So what I'm not saying is avoid booking with any NYNA Properties at all costs. It seems they have been great for a lot of people!! But, what I am saying is BOOK WITH CAUTION. If there is a problem big or small like ours -- it will be a headache to work with the property and you will most likely be out a lot of money.

Bad communication

這間旅店非常荒謬，以下是我們遇到的情況，請不要選擇這裡
1.應該在入住前3天顯示入住指示卻完全沒有，在Agoda 留言也不回。需要多方聯絡後才回應！
2.跟AGODA顯示位置相差非常多，發現位置不對時已經是出發前2天，根本不在熱鬧的地方。因爲太緊急不得已從包棟換成分開的房間，違背家庭旅遊想要包棟有共同空間可以一起聊天的初衷！
3.原本預定3個晚上，卻在第二天白天告知因為電力系統問題明天必須一定要提早退房，我們8個大人1個嬰兒要自己找隔天的房間，這麼多人要臨時找到房間非常困難，不提供任何協助，訊息完全不回，只會在半夜問你找房間了嗎？
關於電力問題表示政府人員隔天要來檢查，但取消但那一晚是星期六晚上，據我所知越南政府星期六日是沒有上班的，合理懷疑是詐騙！
4.AGODA也只能退款，對於住宿方沒有任何約束力，回的信件也只會說他們懂，但也沒有任何可以協助，信件說還有任何問題都可以詢問，詢問後馬上同意住宿方改我訂單，我完全沒有答應，兩方一定是想要我們9個人在越南流落街頭！
5.對於越南感到非常失望，我想應該不會再去了吧，希望其他人都不會遇到！

一個可以邊遊玩邊找住宿的體驗
好的東西我不會推薦。但不好的東西。我不喜歡有人努力規劃的行程毀壞在一個放鬆休息的住宿。

아니 무슨 정전된다고 다른 지점으로 옮기라고 하더니 후미지고 골목진 방 주고 원래 계약했던 방이랑 완전 다른방 받아서 환불해달라고 했더니 dramatic한 상황 만들기 싫다고 공항 픽업해준다고 생색내는데
진짜 이렇게 커뮤니케이션 안 되는 에어비앤비 호스트도 처음이네요.
적어도 한국사람들은 이런 피해 안 당했음 좋겠어서 남겨봅니다

Dịch vụ quá tệ, Lần đầu ở phòng khu liền kề ở tầng 4, trải 1 tấm ga nệm mỏng dưới đất để 2 cái gối tring phòng bàn ghế bị mốc trắng cả , bên mình yêu cầu đổi phòng thì sx qua Hàm Long 2 quá tệ điều hòa bật không lên, phòng tắm siêu cũ .
Tởn tới già không bao giờ quay lại, ko có lễ tân có việc gì cần cũng chỉ bk ib qua page fb.

Mình đã ở Nyna rất nhiều lần, nhưng lần ở Hàm Long này gia đình mình có 1 trải nghiệm cực kỳ tệ. Khi book phòng, mình có dặn dọn sạch sẽ phòng giúp mình chút vì mình có con nhỏ, các bạn bảo yên tâm. Xong khi đến nhận phòng, dưới gầm giường và ghế sofa vẫn còn đầy rác và bụi (vỏ chai nước, chỉ nha khoa 🤢, bật lửa etc...). Tất cả các bề mặt tủ, bàn, ghế, kệ đều không được lau dọn kĩ.

Điều hòa phòng khách hỏng, tự động tắt sau 1, 2 phút và tự động bật. Điều hòa trong phòng thì cực cũ, và chắc không được vệ sinh.

Hệ thống đèn bị hỏng và không được thay thế.

Nhà vệ sinh không được dọn sạch và nhiều nấm mốc ở kệ gỗ bồn rửa.

Máy giặt cũ và không được vệ sinh nên rất rất bẩn.

Bàn và ghế gãy chân cũng không được sửa. Và còn rất nhiều vấn đề khác nữa.

Nếu có 0* mình sẽ đánh giá căn này 0*. Rất không hài lòng.
