The key highlight is the owner, his brother and wife all are very friendly and hospitable. The room is pretty decent and the location is great too. They helped us by giving tips about what to do in khiva. He also offered us a free ride to back to the train station. The breakfast was excellent made by the family

Great guesthouse. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time staying in a guesthouse, but this really exceeded my expectations. Homey feeling and vibes, safe, easy to find, very clean and heated water available.

Their breakfast is also good. Good thing I asked what cheese they are serving (it's called yantal sil that I didnt see elsewhere), bought it from the supermarket and took it back home. One of the best things I brought home from Uzbekistan.

The owner of this hotel was friendly and hospitable throughout my entire stay here. He even offered to go to the apetka to find me some allergy medication and drove me to the airport at the end of my stay. The room was tidy and has an excellent view of the minaret. I would say that the breakfast offered here is very good and the overall stay is highly recommended.

What a great host we found! Very happy we spent the night there. Clean and cozy rooms, and a delicious breakfast freshly made every day. Managed by a small family that pay attention to all details.
Perfect location in Khiva and you can pay by card.

Its a real place where you can call a guesthouse. The host is super friendly and nice people. They have kids who wants to interact with you. Place is so clean and the conditions is like a hotel. I mean it has all the conditions. Breakfast is wonderful, honestly. You will get many experiences by staying in this guesthouse. I would put 10 grade out of 5.

The owner and his family were so helpful and friendly. I arrived here late (9pm), there were no restaurant open, so they prepared a quick dinner for me when I arrived. The room was very clean and warm, also the bed was very comfortable. This guesthouse is located very close to tourist destinations.

Islam Khodja Guests House is a nice place to stay during your visit to Hiva.Raxmadulax and his wife were very friendly and satisfying all our needs apart from the delicious breakfast and the comfortable rooms they arranged excursion for us and facilitate our move to the next location.

Fantastic place to stay. Brand new guesthouse, great value for money. In the heart of the old town only two minutes from Islam Khodja minaret. Lovely family, great breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended.

Propably the best choice in Khiva...best location close to all monuments... quiet neighbor..large clean and bright rooms...room service every day ...warm welcome from a nice couple who run the property... helpful arrangement transportation and excursion to Castles... tasteful and delicious breakfast...

We had a fantastic stay here! The place is spotless clean and in a very good location at the heart of the old town in Khiva. The owners are super helpful and friendly. You get a nice breakfast and the owner even drove us to the train station. We would definately come back. Thank you very much!
