Stephanie is a pharmacy manager and is very nice and helpful. She saved us money by enrolling in the pharmacy rewards. When we are in Wichita, this will be our home pharmacy.

Over and over again my prescriptions are not being filled on time even though I'm on auto refill, I've heard every excuse in the book. And now they are repeatedly trying to charge me cash price for my prescriptions even though I have insurance and all I should be paying is my copay. I'm going to start researching other pharmacies as this has happened multiple multiple times. If I didn't need my prescriptions then I wouldn't care that they were repeatedly late but I do need them, myself and my insurance company pay them $1000 or more every month for my prescriptions. I'm very disappointed.

This has happened multiple times when I go to pick up my Rx: the pharmacy tech on duty tells me to come back in 15 minutes even though my Rx should be ready. I don’t have time to run back and forth so I oftentimes don’t pick up my Rx until later that day or not at all due to the inconvenience. Each time they tell me to “come back in 15 minutes”, I receive a message from them stating my Rx is ready to pick up AS I AM PULLING AWAY FROM THE STORE!!
