AT&T Store

Kash and Maddie were fantastic working with my family. We had a lot of moving parts…new phones, trade ins, and switching carriers. It was very tedious…but they did everything with a smile and had patience beyond belief. I would recommend them a million times over. They’ve earned all of our cellular needs in perpetuity.

Wonderful staff, very helpful and updated my phone super fast! If you need a new phone or want to upgrade definitely stop in here!!!

I recently had to spend an extended amount of time in this store, because my new iPhone would not download and install the new update. The store rep Mankan‘s input and skill set got me and my new phone through a very frustrating situation. He was patient and knowledgeable and finally got my new phone where it needed to be. Our phones have become one of our limbs and to be without it feels debilitating. Thank you so much for your kindness and help Mankan - much appreciated!!

The gentlemen who’s always there and I assume is the manager, Kash, is always really helpful and patient. Stress free, never an issue.

I went in on a Saturday and the two girls were super sweet!

Joe and Kash were amazing! We figured out that the other salesperson from another store literally Scammed by over charging us by 30 bucks a month! They really took care of us and listened to our needs. So impressed with their patience and kindness towards my Mom. They are exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. We got the phones we wanted and were so satisfied with our purchased. I would recommend asking for either when you need a phone or accessories! Come to Bordentown AT&T! Great service!

I had some issues with my bill and questions about my service after being mislead by the Hamilton store in marketplace. The manager Kash took time to analyze my bill and fully explain what I didn’t understand as well as correct issues with my bill lowering the cost. Thank you Kash I commend the service I received while at the Bordentown AT&T store!

Gio and the team were super helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Went in with an iPhone X that had a bad battery and they were able to get me upgraded to a 13 Pro with accessories in no time. Highly recommend this AT&T!

Stopped into this location because they were recommended by a friend, I was greeted by Tressa when I walked in and instantly felt welcomed. She was very polite and attentive. Tressa helped me get a better plan which fit my budget so well I honestly couldn’t thank her enough. I’m so happy I gave at&t of Bordentown a visit I’d definitely send my family and colleagues there in the future.

My experience at ATT was a pleasure. Kash and Miranda were professional, informative, explained the choices/savings and had the phone I wanted available within one day.
As the data was transferring we chatted and the time in the store was enjoyable.
I felt relaxed ,comfortable and not rushed the entire time. Thank you for a wonderful experience:)

Amazing service from Muhammad at this store. I mistakenly tried to upgrade my phone on line with the help from “chat”. Epic fail!!!! Muhammad put everything right and even told me to come back to the store once I receive my new phone and he’ll set it up. Which he did, with a smile, and a little help from Kash. I could not be happier with the service and friendliness of this place. Even if it’s not your closest ATT store, it’s worth the drive. Thanks so much.

Service at the Bordentown AT&T is outstanding. Both Miranda and Kash were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were both very budget conscious for us (especially in these times) and also very technically knowledgeable.

My phone is having an issue where the wheel is spinning on the top ,when I try to use the microphone ever since it updated to iOS 15.5.I stopped into the AT&T store in Bordentown New Jersey and the employees named Miranda and Muhammad, Did everything in their power to help me solve my problem. I called Apple and what they said to do to fix my phone is not correct and they insisted it is. This issue cannot be solved. This started with the update on my phone last week. So therefore it must be an issue with the update, Miranda and Muhammad were very helpful and knew more than the Apple seniority. The issue seems to drain my battery very fast and apple said that the battery is perfectly fine. All my friends who have a newer phone have not had this issue ,since there update, I have an iPhone 8 Plus and maybe it’s an older phone issue but apple does not seem to know what the issue is. They went above and beyond as employees of AT&T and they should be recognized for this. As far as me my phone gets the wheel spinning every time I try to use the microphone which is an issue since the update. Thank you

Came in just to browse around & was greeted by a young woman named Tressa! She was so accommodating & really helped me get some Christmas gift ideas for my children! It’s so nice to have friendly employees during the warm holiday season. Thanks AT&T!

Store was super clean and staff was friendly. Tressa was a absolute breeze to work with, we came in to see how much it would be to add a line to our existing plan and sign up for the directTv stream. Our questions were answered honestly and she provided us with a price break down of what our bill would look like with the new line added.

My one experience here was fantastic. I had some questions and needed some changes to my account. Last time I tried just calling customer service I was given some bad information and basically spent money switching back to the plan I originally had. Even though this place was 20 minutes away I decided to give it a shot. The person behind the counter immediately dropped what he was doing to assist. He reviewed my account and offered options for me in much clearer terms than the website could. I walked away with a better plan and paying a marginal amount more. 5 stars in the context of good service and this being an AT&T retail store.

So, today I went in to the AT&T out in Bordentown. I gotta say, GREAT service! Cory, the Manager there was a huge help! He stayed well past closing time just to make sure we were taken care of. He was attentive and knowledgeable about their products! We’re going home with some nice new iPhones! In need of anything AT&T related, I highly recommend this location! And ask for Cory!
