AT&T Store

My family and I got all new phones and added my mother on to the line as well. We also switched from iPhone to Samsung, so we had lots of questions, lots. We must've visited this store about 4 times in a month😅
Christian is absolutely amazing! He has been the biggest help. He is very kind, patient, understanding, and helpful.
Our visits also involved bringing our 3 year old son with us, he can be a bit much. But that didn't matter, Christian was so sweet and friendly with him.
I seriously can not say enough about this man, incredible customer service and an all around wonderful person!

Phillip was very helpful and assisted in porting a phone number from another carrier onto my account. Fast efficient service, in and out.

I had a complicated issue dealing with a traded phone and the bill not aligning and Destiney and Matt were absolutely amazing. They helped me work it all out. It took 2.5 hours to come to a cure. They stayed with me and made sure I was taken care of and that the issue was fully resolved. I am grateful for them. ATT: it’s the employees, like Destiney and Matt, that allow you to retain your customers. If it wasn’t for them, I would have canceled all of our lines.

Nick was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all our questions, helped me decide on a phone that best fit my lifestyle. I'm glad I came back to the store. Very attentive and welcomed everyone that walked through the door Awesome multi tasker. Thanks for your time and patience

Denise handled my account and helped me out. She is so pleasant and makes you feel welcome. Nick explained and showed me the phones. I came to this store because of their pleasantness and great attitudes. I was not pleased with the Vineland store. I will definitely come here from now on.

Denise was very helpful:) I felt really welcome when I came in . Dinise was definitely really friendly . It was a different experience from the AT&T at Cumberland mall ( when I went into the one in the mall they basically told me to everything online, I felt like they didn’t help me at all.) Here though I got the help I needed and left happy with the service I got and the project I bought:) I will definitely come back here whenever I need help

Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He met all my needs and went above and beyond. Was able to switch over all info over to new phone and is very knowledgeable about his job and product and services. Ask for Nick if you want questions answered and great service! Great job Nick

I just switched from tmobile (trash👎🏽 Would not recommend 0/10) to AT&T (10/10 would recommend) and the support that I got from Shane was great! I was able to upgrade my phone, keep my number, and save money because I got a $700 credit for switching and because of a discount health care workers receive. He was very patient and reassured all my questions. Overall I’m very happy that I made the switch and that Shane was able to assist me!

I dont normally leave reviews but I felt compelled to this time. The store was super clean and smelled like fabuloso. I was greeted by Nick who fixed all my issues on my phone and even helped me setup my backup. Would highly recommend this store to anyone. It was a way better experience then the mall.

So much nicer than the Mall Store. Nick K. was cordial, patient and very accommodating. We didn't feel the least bit rushed, Nick answered our questions in clear, easy to understand language. My wife and I highly recommend this AT&T store.

Came in with a phone that had broken to pay it off and get a new one. Jared greeted me at the door and made the process as painless as possible. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the phone and the billing process, even hooked me up with the phone case and screen protector at a discounted price. Very professional and would reccomend him to anybody who needs to make a stop here.

Sev was excellent! He was very helpful, he explained how my phone works. He took the time to set up my phone. I was very pleased with the service that he provided! I would definitely refer my friends to ask for him if they’re looking to purchase a new phone.

Employees were super helpful and patient with helping me switch from boost mobile. They also helped me find some extra deals and discounts to make my monthly bill cheaper. I’d definitely recommend going here!

Great customer service. The store was very busy, but the attendant still took his time and answered all of my questions & concerns. He did not make me feel rushed. I would recommend this store location if you must handle your business in person.
