I have been going to this place for years and recommend it to all of my customers. LOVE how it is small, convenient and really nice staff. I run a resort with over 1000 guests in CMC. I have a small service dog and this woman who looked like a corporate reviewer of the employees gave me a snarky hello. I said hi. I had my service dog with me who I take everywhere and she said next time you can't bring the dog in. I said she is a service dog and she Said quickly support dogs are different then services dogs. I corrected her and said she is a service dog. I was even holding her. My dog is certified and registered even with the DOT. I was so angry I will never go in there again and will make sure I never advise anyone to go there. Hope she wasn't teaching professionalism to her employees. Maybe because I just got off work and was dressed casual in shorts and a sweatshirt I was judged. Who knows. I felt so insulted and shamed. First time i have taken the time to write a bad review. 👎
