There Allsups burrito is so good the chimichanga but I don’t like beef and bean burrito

They always been nice to me,

No pay at the pump! I had to go inside and wait for everyone to buy their lottery tickets and beer to pay for my gas, then back inside and wait in line again to get my change and a receipt. The soft drink fountain is a mess and out of some drinks.

The food is good, the store is clean, but the staff are either in a terrible or half-way decent mood. I wonder what's so bad about working there.

Allsups is dead to me after the experience at this store tonight. Angry lady at the register, the burritos were rancid,I threw them in the trash after 1 bite. Waste of $6.50 (I work hard for my money). I went back to my hotel room and mixed up a cup of tuna salad and crackers instead. Everything in here is more expensive than ANY other store in Pecos and that is not an exaggeration. I’ll just go to one of the truck stops on the highway from now on.

Ever since the new management its been trash. Bring back david and Isaiah.They ran that store fast and clean. I hope it gets better, its a shame to see my home town spot go down.

I rarely go to allsups because of the customer service and not being able to see the screen on the gas pumps at some of their locations. I decided to get gas at this location this morning and the gas didn't shut off and when I pulled the pump out of my tank, it just kept running. I asked
someone to shut it off at the emergency Shut off. It overran by $20 they would not reimburse me. They said it was not their responsibility. The manager said there was nothing he could do and I said the least you could do as take my name and phone number and have someone call me. Will not get my business again!

Be careful around 2pm. The ladies up front (who just started their shift) tend to be extremely rude and seem to be very impatient when there are no customers in store.

They also claim they don't offer refunds but the truth it they are too lazy to execute a simple refund. Especially if it is with a card.

Saying anything back to them will cause the co-workers to chime in and also be rude to you. Even a customer joined to talk mess to me after I said "have a blessed day" to the worker who was rude to me.

Just be careful people of Pecos, if you don't wish to be respected as a valued customer then you should come here!

Useless cashiers. After I got diesel. They wasn’t not able to figure out how to get my card. Working. Than I have to use my own personal account to pay for their diesel. This is my first experience in 5 years of trucking. Truckers Just saying stay away from here.

You can't pay at the pumps and the pumps take and took 10 mils for 10 gallons of fuel. The rest rooms are nasty and the store isn't the cleanest.
