I don’t know what these comments are about the chef but since I come here every morning he has the best energy and he makes amazing sandwiches one of the best for sure !

Luis is the goat neva had issue wit him always kind an smiling and willing to take orders, the food is great when he’s behind the counter.

Luis is one of the best , he really the goat and makes sure your order is correctly done. Always makes sure the customer is satisfied 100%

LUIS ! I have never seen customer service served with a smile the way he does! Not to mention that food is impeccable. If I do not see him there I will not order food I will get something else that doesn’t have to be ordered. Not to also mention that he seem to ALWAYS be there!

I think the chef I believe his name is Luis his work ethic is unacceptable he has no customer service skills everytime I come in the store he’s bickering with the female staff very disrespectful and he makes my order wrong everytime when I confronted him about it he shrugged it off like he didn’t care I will not be bringing my business to chestnut market as long as he’s employed there I will also spread the word around about this chefs poor work ethic and lack of customer interaction and selfishness and disrespect to customers

Had a horrible experience with one of the cooks. He acted as if he had an attitude or didn’t want to come to work. Has very bad energy
