The friendliness of the staff is apparent as soon as you walk in, the staff greets you and makes you feel at home. You can tell that the staff is very passionate and really wants to make sure you pick the sneaker that’s best for you. They have a huge selection of sneakers, I had no issues finding a pair I liked in my size! Prices are very competitive even better than you would see on stock x, eBay or goat. The owner is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She answered every question I had and gave me more information and background about the sneaker I was asking about. You can tell this is a passion she turned into a business. I will be a returning to this store for my specialty sneakers.

I bought some shoes for my wife for Xmas at the mall but i bought them one size too small i didn’t realized their policy were all sales are final so they couldn’t help me. I found out about AZ HEAT at west gate they were able to trade the shoes i had bought for a bigger size no questions ask. Thanks AZ HEAT

I’ve been here countless times and every time I’ve been there has been a great experience. Their prices are fair for the location that they are in and they have a decent selection of shoes. Great people! nice place!I have bought shoes from here for a year now first time I did over pay for some bred 1s but I needed them so I payed the 30 bucks difference no Biggy same price if I would have ordered them.The last time I bought some sb Nike for my girlfriend and the lady helped me perfectly fine.Everyone is great I’m glad they opened the store rather then having to meet through Instagram and getting scammed.Keep up the great work💯
