I stop in to shop here from time to time and Billy is an incredible clerk is very helpful and knows her stuff when it comes to that shop. She even remembers my name which is amazing considering how many people she probably helps in a day over there. will continue to shop here and Billy is awesome a real keeper for your shop! :)

Walked in and talked with Billy. She was extremely nice and helpful and even though I didn’t know the name of what juice I was looking for, she immediately knew what I was talking about just from the flavor. I also travel a lot for work and she knew every store in their chain as well as the new store they’re opening in Cape. Will definitely be using them again

Worker Nick was very friendly and very helpful. He helped me find a lower MG that worked for me. And helped to replace my cartridge. 10/10 service definitely recommend👍

Eli was very helpful. I went there to buy some juice and told him the flavor I wanted and he guided me as if from memory. He set me up with a punch card that will give me perks down the road. My only thing I didn’t like was the price. I think they could be a little more competitive.

I love ultimate vapor! The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and very attentive! I discovered the $9.99 disposable Smok (4500 I believe) vape at Ultimate Vapor. They have a good flavor, decent variety, and (let's be honest) can't go wrong with a $10 disposable; especially with good quality! Definitely recommend Ultimate Vapor!

Eli was such a big help in helping me with problems I had with some devices I had and also helping me with finding new flavors and another type vape. He was very patient and I really enjoyed having him help me without feeling I was a bother to him. Thank you again Eli.

The young man that was working on February 1st, 2023 was absolutely wonderful. I am elderly and walk with a cane for balance. I fell getting out of my car, he raced to help me. He helped me go into the shop and then helped me back to my car. I am bruised some but I believe I would have been hurt more if it wasn't for him. Thank you so very much. You are my angel.
