AT&T Store

When we arrived the store was busy and we were greeted quickly. We were told that it would be just a bit before we could be seen and told our place in line. It was 7:10 pm or so. We were then greeted by Greg who did an excellent job helping us in a timely manner! He explained everything exceptionally well and had everything we needed done efficiently. We hope to have the same experience that we had with Greg with all the sales rep. I also wanted to mention that the manager was very polite and helpful with us needing to run an errand while we were in town to make it all work.

The store had the brand new Samsung S24 Ultra I wanted so I was excited and I love the phone. But what impressed me most was my salesmen, Greg. He was very informative without talking down to the customer. He conveyed all of my options as far as upgrades, insurance, etc., without making me feel pressured and he was very personable. He did not make me feel like just another customer, but like a valued customer. I don't know about the rest of the staff but I strongly recommend that when you go in, ask for Greg. You won't regret it.

Hands down had the absolute best experience here. We had the best and most understanding manager help us out. We explained what was going on and she did everything in her power to help us. She offered multiple options and found us a great deal. She communicated with the account holder some extra deals as well, such as free HBO Max. If I ever come back, I will request to work with this manager, as she is so worth it. The store was clean, and when my phone started to die, they charged it for me! Thank you so much M for all your help!

Antoni was wonderful!!! I really thought buying a new phone and getting my stuff transferred would be a nightmare. Antoni was so professional and patient with me. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!

I had to do an early upgrade because my son broke his phone. The bottom half had pixilated out and you couldn't see anything. Cole, with AT&T, was able to transfer all the data to the new phone and factory reset the old phone despite working blind on a cracked screen, allowing the broken phone to be used as a trade in. Great guy and a great store.

Today we had a long wait at the store but Sydney Graham the sales girl was amazing! Her customer service was amazing! She was very helpful! It made our wait worth it!

Ahmed was so helpful to me today helping me get my new phone set up. He explained everything to me and made sure everything from my old phone was downloaded properly.
Very impressed with service.

i went in a bit discouraged (intimidated by technology) and cole helped to guide me toward a solution. faster processing plan for less pay 🙌zero hassle or wait time. tuesday evening blues turned into my lucky 🍀 day.

Sydney was absolutely amazing! Patient, kind and explained all the details!
Cole I believe was his name also helped and older customer get her email back. He even walked her to the door. Amazing customer service.

We have been to many AT&T store but this one in Yukon is great. Everyone is so friend and are willing to help with a smile. We went in at the end of November to get my phone screen fix and they did but something happen to it that it needed to be replace. The insurance people on the phone were not understanding what the issue was and were trying to charge us a lot more. Ian Davis was great at trying to make them understand the issue we thought we had fix it. Our billed came and no they didn’t so we went back to the store and Ian remembered us and was glad to call back and help us figured it out. We finally did and everything is great. Thank you much to Ian Davis for the great service!!

I scheduled an appointment due to my online order being cancelled by Asurion. They had called and texted a different number on my account to let me know they were there to deliver my phone. Since I was unaware, they cancelled my delivery. Cole Simpson saved the day at the Yukon store. While they didn't have what I had initially ordered in stock, he was able to find a comparable replacement. Cole deserves a 5 star rating. Asurion doesn't deserve business. The folks I spoke with on the phone were absolute horrid customer service representatives. Good job, Cole and all at the Yukon location for turning a bad experience excellent!

I have never had any problems with this store, in all the years that I have been using it. My latest reason for needing it was a completely dead cell phone, which was rather new. At first, it seemed a lost cause and needed to be replaced, but Greg ended up figuring out the issue, and I left with it back to normal. I have never left this place unhappy with the service.

I have gone into the Yukon store twice in the last 10 days. Willie Mason helped me the 1st visit and I requested him on my 2nd visit. Very impressed with his professionalism, helpfulness, getting what I needed done in a timely manner, and letting me know about new fiber optics coming to me soon. Will definitely ask for him again. Well done Willie!

We just moved to Yukon Oklahoma and needed some help with Internet options. The Store Manager Josh was so welcoming and very helpful. As busy as they were he made sure everyone was taken care of. Great customer service!

Usually it’s such a task to go to the AT&T store. Especially for things I should be able to do myself, but I will say this last time was made easy thanks to Willie M! The guy was super knowledgeable and helpful. Super friendly service and even helped me and my wife get set up with a couple new Apple Watches. As a long time customer this was by far my best experience at an At&t store!

Zachary did a great job! Great customer service. I did have to wait a few min but the actual process was very smooth/efficient. No complaints!

I also called for help on an issue with a previous order a few days before... and the person that answered the phone was very helpful.. I wish I would have got his name.. but he helped me file an email for some random terrible lone star overnight shipping...apparently the view is different on the desktop version… he could have just dismissed my issue and went on with his day!

I think there are some great people at this store... definitely a rare experience these days! I hope this make it back to them!

Taylor Moore is the BEST! He has been so patient and kind while helping me set up my new phone. At age 75 these electronics frequently confuse me. I have been a long time AT&T customer and this is the best upgrade procedure I've experienced.

Great Experience the other day at this store - came in for a mobile upgrade amidst other account activities. Cole was extremely friendly and informative throughout the entire appointment. Also while I was there, AT&T experienced a system wide downtime. During which all staff were polite and apologetic. While I did have to suspend my transaction due to this downtime, Cole contacted me personally so I could return and complete my purchases. Come see this crew if you need great customer service in Yukon!

We came in very frustrated with our bill and changes that were made that we did not make and honestly ready to cancel service and go somewhere else but Greg was extremely helpful and really turned things around. He was a great help, very informative and pleasant to work with. I can honestly say that it’s because of him we didn’t leave AT&T today. Thank you sir, we will be asking for you in the future for sure.

Dearest Greg and Marissa, thank you so much for taking such good care of us! Greg was extremely patient and fixed us up! Working in customer service is not an easy job and they handled everything flawlessly! Thank you for getting my wife’s voice mail set up and helping us save money on our bill!
