Great customer service every time I go in, and they have a huge selection of hardware and products for your home and lawn care needs. They're decently priced, and if you need any help, they are a lot more knowledgeable than a superstore.

They've got everything you could possibly want. I always feel like a little kid on Christmas when I go there. The new location is much more spacious than their old one.

A very helpful store. Its a bit smaller than a home depot, but much much bigger than your average small town ace. You can find most home improvement items here. If you call to check to see if they have an item and they don't they can order it often quicker than you can get said item delivered from a different retailer.

Since they have remodeled and somewhat rearranged the store, I have not yet figured out where everything is. But, that doesn't matter because everyone in this store is always very helpful.
I am sad to see Sheri go over to Harbor Freight, but she'll be as pleasant there as she was here for all those years.
I'll take a local owned business over a box store every time. That's the duty as a citizen of a community and we should all strive to buy local whenever possible!

Today, cashier MARIAH, went well above to demonstrate the best in customer service, Her commitment to excellence is evident in her word choice, in her tone and her delivery, i was pleasantly surprised with Mariahs empathy, knowledge, and care for my mother, She went above and beyond to ensure we had the right product, the best value at the right price, i am beyond impressed with Mariah and give her a 6 out of 5 stars for work ethic, kindness, and professionalism, thank you Mariah , you display the highest quality in care, comfort, and courtesy, thank you ACE for hiring qualified associates

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They took the time to listen to what our problem was and showed us what we needed to fix it. They also answered all our questions. I will definitely go there again.

Bought a power washer to clean the concrete in front of my house my feed squirrels and birds and cats all strays and they love peanut butter the squirrels love peanut butter and their paws are always oily and sticky and they track it all over the concrete even when I put stuff down on the concrete they still find a way to get the concrete oily with crunchy peanut butter 🤣

The only thing that occasionally gets on my nerves about the Ace Hardware in Sunnyside is they don't stay open late enough for my liking. Other than that, I love the place! The employees are always helpful and friendly, I always fnd a little treasure or trinket that I can't live without and I would go in there much more often if their hours were more suited to my work schedule. Fortunately, I manage to pop in quite often.

I have always had a great experience with this store. The always have things that I need on sale and something's that I don't need in sale. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. They usually have what you are looking for. I for one will work return. Happy shopping.

I did not get the name of the older gentleman that helped me tonight. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. It was a trailer for behind my lawn mower. What a great experience.

Actually I went to Bonzis, nextdoor to Ace Hardware. Bonzis has exceptional customer service and helped me with a package return. They treat me like I matter and obey the CDC COVID-19 Guidelines 💖

What can i say this store has it all if not almost everything the only spot locally to get projects done quick and safe. Employees are stupendous and friendly they always where thinga are at
