Family Value Flooring

We came here after shopping at Select Flooring in Kendallville and a neighbor recommended them. They came in at 40% less. The person working during our first visit seemed preoccupied, but otherwise the service was for the most part was very attentive and excellent.

This place is amazing. Good selection, they let you bring pieces home and when you decide you they pick up samples when they install. We made our choice and she couple days later they measured. Installing happens a couple weeks later, they are very helpful and kind. They have been in business 30+ years. So much more personable than the big box stores. Installing is less expensive and much less waste. I highly recommend them.

Such a pleasure to visit their showroom. We made 3 visits and each time we were given so much courtesy with our flip-flopping ideas. We finally pulled the trigger and are extremely happy.

put down a new kitchen and laundry/bath floor. Their installer Stan does excellent work. Thorough and steadfast. This replaces a floor they did in the 90's.

This is a great place with a great selection. My parents have gotten them 20 years ago and the quality still hasn't changed.

Long time standing business the staff is super helpful. No pressure to buy it just has home town feel.
