I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now to ship my shoes and other apparel. Great owner who provides great staff and fast and speedy service with a smile always on their face. Thank you UPS for bringing here a servicing the community!!!!

Vic/Victor was incredibly helpful! Even during this crazy hectic time of year, he was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. We Always use this branch because of their customer service. Thank you!

I had a mailbox here for 6 months, and it was the best experience. Everyone, literally everyone, who worked here while I was a customer had the best, most service-oriented attitudes. The location was really convenient to the 51 freeway and therefore to other errands I often needed to run. It seems like the staff is really good about learning who their customers are and building relationships with them. Many times I would go to pick up packages, and before I even told them why I was there or showed a pick up slip, they'd just run to the back and grab any new deliveries for me. It was like "Cheers" became a UPS Store!

Excellent, prompt service. The Gentleman even gave me some bubble tape to help me with the package. I'll definitely be back!

Vic and his staff have gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. I've had a box there for about 15 years and I'm sure I will keep it there for another 15 years.
I read a couple of reviews. Obviously someone was having a bad day. I know that every time I've been in the way they were interacting with other customers was exemplary , I have to say they do have exceptional customer service.
If there were any bad apples I never ran into them. I'm sure if there were complaints on a particular employee that they were at least reprimanded and potentially released. that would have been unacceptable for the owner. I can highly recommend this business. I'm a business owner myself so I look at those things with a very discerning eye.

Needed to have 19# of docs Shredded. They are close by and only $1/#. They have many services available.

In an age of poor customer service and an embarrassing labor pool, for at least a dozen years the gentleman who owns this place has somehow managed to always have an excellent staff, i really dont understand how he maintains such excellence.
I live 3 states away and still keep a box there, i wish there were more business owners like him.

I have my business mailbox here and even though I moved out of the neighborhood I'm keeping my mailbox here because they're so darned nice. The young man who helped me last Friday when I was in the store provided some of the best customer service I've ever had - friendly, genuine, helpful... all the things.

Always receive quality assistance, and then some, from the UPS folks at this location.

This is an excellent UPS store. I have used many mailbox stores and this one has to be the best. Why? Excellent customer service! Friendly attitudes and prompt service. Even though they are always busy and sometimes parking can be challenging, I am always greeted and provided top-notch service.

I review every business I deal with especially when I'm away from home. My son and I were in Phoenix from south Texas and needed to ship some items back home, I researched ups stores and decided to go to this one because of its 4.8 star rating. I made the right choice, great customer service . I will always pay a little extra or drive the extra mile to be treated like a human being it's well appreciated thank you.

I'd go out of my way just to use this UPS store. Why? Customer service. These guys know what it is. Unlike a few other UPS or FedEx stores, there are at least two, if not three, employees working up front. They also try to get people in and out of there as fast as possible (in a good way). Two thumbs up!

I love this UPS store. The staff are INCREDIBLY helpful. Vic helped me out and was so patient with me in explaining to me how insurance works etc. These guys get an A+ for customer service skills!

Best UPS store in the valley! The employees (I'm thinking of Dong and Jasmine in particular, but really all of them!) are awesome: always kind, always fast, and they go the extra mile to make the customer happy. 5 stars!

You cant go wrong going to this UPS Store. The people working here and operating the business seem like great folks. You never know when you are going to have to waltz in here some day and mail off a package or something.

Great experience and fair prices for extras. Great customer service! Made a Amazon return super easy and quick. I’ll readily come here instead of the terrible price gouging ups store on central and Dunlap.

There is a UPS store closer to me than this one, but I go here because I love the people who work there. Always efficient and very friendly.

I’ve been going here for years, especially for Amazon returns. Service is always incredibly fast and friendly, what more could you ask for?
