Very nice health food store - everyone was helpful and friendly. The appointments are booked out for about 6 months. I scheduled in August for my February appointment. Everything was explained very well and all of my questions were answered. The facility is also clean and beautiful.

I received a serious brain trauma from a car accident that placed me in the hospital for 3 months and in a rehabilitation facility for 4 months. I was still learning how to walk and think independently again but was troubled by continuous migraines, ocular difficulties, untypical gait, high blood pressure and gastrointestinal problems. A coworker recommended I try going to see Ben Miller at Northern Nutrition in March of 2017. I no longer have migraines and do not take any prescription or over the counter medications and am pain free for many years. I periodically visit Northern Nutrition to maintain my good health.

I have wanted to visit a Homeopathic for sometime, just didn't know where to go. My daughter had come here and swears by them. So, my husband and myself were evaluated by Dr Mark. What a nice, knowledgeable, young man. It was so fascinating to see just 1 drop of your bood tells so much. Mark took his time to discuss our results, and recommend specific minerals, herbs and vitamins. He showed us a kindness that is not experienced very often in this world. Thank you !!

The staff is so amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. They take their time in guiding you to the best products for your specific needs. I highly recommend them.

Very enlightening and helpful visit with naturopath Kayla. Gained information and hope I haven't with countless other naturopaths and traditional doctors. Store employees were super friendly and helpful too. Not pushy.

Stopped in to a local Northern Nutrition outlet in Shipshewana, looking for powdered items in bulk. They did not carry any bulk items. Then they told me that their main store carried bulk items. And!! It was only a couple miles away. So, away I went..
I found everything I was looking for except for powdered Stevia leaf and Spearmint leaf.
But at least I was able to get the three things I was looking for and a couple more!
I got there late and they closed while I was looking at all of the Star West Botanical bulk items. Which I was happy to see. Personally, I have found that Star West Botanical's has a very large, if not the largest, selection of bulk powdered items.
Instead of kicking me out after they closed and shut down the register. They opened the register again and helped me with the items I wanted.
Yeah, I will be back. I was like a child in a candy store when I had seen the large selection of Star West Botanical bulk goods.

Truly a fantastic store. Employees know their jobs, they go above and beyond their job description. Wish there was a store like them in Northern Kentucky! Although they take orders and ship quickly.

First time going here today and I am so impressed with everything about this place. The staff are so helpful and friendly and Kevin is absolutely brilliant and so knowledgeable. It is super clean and carries the best brands of supplements and books. I have so much hope after today and finally feel like I am on the right track. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, I highly recommend Northern Nutrition!

The staff at Northern Nutrition are knowledgeable and courteous, and the store carries a wide variety of supplements. When my daughter experienced seizures as a newborn, we met with a Naturopath at Northern Nutrition who helped us put together a plan to treat and prevent her seizures naturally, and it worked!! I'm so grateful for this company.

Staff was very helpful. They knew exactly what my health issues were.

I have used this facility along with the naturopaths for almost a year. Have been very satisfied with their care. Ordered a package, and unfortunately USPS lost it. I called NN and they kept an eye on the delivery status for three weeks . NN took it upon themselves to re fulfill my order and mail to me fedex at no charge to me. I was literally almost in tears. Great people to work with.

Knowledgeable & friendly. Health wise I was headed downhill quickly. Working with Jerry has literally saved my life. I highly recommend getting yourself straightened out through supplements and cleanses. It's the only way to heal your health issues rather than mask them By way of medications.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! For the last 10 years I struggled with joint pain and fatigue. I purposely came to this establishment because they were Naturopathic practitioners. My blood test showed several issues that I was hesitant to believe, but I followed through with the treatment plan anyway. Only two weeks into the plan I have already experienced a noticeable reduction in pain and increased flexibility in my joints. Some of the other benefits that I am noticing are less nasal congestion while sleeping and less brain fog. The bottom line is if you want to get better call Ben or Jerry. If you want to put another nail into your coffin call your MD.

I have been taking my dad to Jerry for 5 years, he was having problems with blood thinners (bleeding internally) and other side effects that made him feel weak. He had kidney problems as well and Jerry did an analysis of his blood chemistry balance and recommended a course of action with herbs and a natural blood thinner that actually breaks up any clots in your system, he started to feel better a few months into his treatment and his energy levels went up and his kidney disease improved to the point he was near normal function for his age. He was able to get around again and go to the gym and start golfing again. Give Jerry a try and see what ails you from a different perspective, you just might get to feeling better and lose the nasty side effects of traditional medicines

We stopped by and talked to Naturopath Joe and Mark and they were extremely helpful and really cool guys..... were live in another state and were are planning a specific trip back here just to get in an appointment to see the doctors

Very friendly and helpful group of people! The store is clean and has a calming effect on you when you walk in and they always greet you with a smile!

Wonderful place ....Caring people. Kayla was awesome and spent time with us. We will definitely be back and greatly appreciate her.

Northern nutrition has all of your vitamins and much more! My wife cannot take medication prescribed by doctors as she is allergic to alot of blood pressure meds! She gets a natural medicine called pressure ease from them and it keeps her BP low!
