I had issues at my cvs, I called these ladies (09/14/2023) that worked that night and had my prescription finished in 5 minutes after I told them I was desperate for my antibiotics. I appreciate their compassion and speed.

I go here weekly I'm a coupon/discount shopper and I have to keep up with what has this & that. The staff is super friendly except but there's always one mean,moody, mammajamma in every establishment but that's life. So yes run to CVS and enjoy the staff that treats you like 🥂 Cheers where everybody knows your name

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over two years and have not had one bad experience. The staff has helped me with coupons to lower my prices, they're always very attentive and do their best to get my medication ready ASAP. I have seen uninformed people get very upset with the staff about things out of their control and cause a scene because they have no clue how pharmacies work. I have a good feeling these negative reviews are from ignorant people as I've had these people go off on me because they were upset that my medication was ready because I did what was necessary ahead of time and they for example didn't call their doctor or their insurance didn't cover a medication which is, again, out of the pharmacy staff's control.

I have been to CVS for many years and I have to say this is the most compassionate group of people i ever met. The PHARMACY group of people are just so knowledgeable and they go the extra step to make sure we have the right meds and dates for refills CVS on Ridge Road and Grace keep up the amazing work. I've never had any issues with CVS, the staff and pharmacist are usually pretty helpful. The only problem I've had is not having prescription medication available in stock but have had that problem elsewhere as well.

Sometimes the drive thur is long, but it's expected. Overall they do a great job.
