The manager Nicole is awesome! Hooked it up with a Dr. Dabber. It’s on the upscale side with many glass pieces to choose from. And other options available. I was just lucky enough to get this. Great shop. Definitely recommend.

Nicole the manager she knows what she’s doing she makes everyone feel welcome. She is very patient and she has manners. Another thing about Nicole she will not rush you and she will make sure you walk out happy and make sure you understand everything about what you bought.

My runner up is Charles, that’s my guy. He is a very polite employee always puts a smile on anybody’s face, no matter who you are he will make sure you walk out 110% happy with what you got.

Went into the smoke shop, just simply looking around. I decided to buy a Vape and other little items that went along with it. Charles was an amazing sales person helping us make decisions. Lol my best friend and I are a bit to handle when we are in the shop and he did amazingly definitely will return.

I’ve been to several smoke shops all over the city and this one was absolutely the most cleanest and well organized one. The girl that works there has the most bubbly personality even thought she wears a mask I can tell she always had a smile on her face. She welcomed me and my friends like we was family she helped us with all the questions we had. She by far has the greatest customer service and actually had good knowledge about the stuff they sold there. I walked out buying more then I expected but it was all well worth it and I’ll do it again! I recommend this smoke shop to anyone that likes great customer service and good prices!!

Wow! What a great vape shop! We were taken care of by Charles who was da bomb. He knew his stuff, was charming and considerate. My bestie & I are a bit of a handful when together, behaving like hyper children. We each purchased a box mod and all the extras chattering away like a couple of weirdos the whole time but he hung in there with us like he been with us for years. We had a great time blowing our money. The prices were slightly less than what I've seen around the valley and the decor had this|Friends, Central Perk meets dispensary type of feel. We will definitely be back.

Not a lot of smoke shops that have a wow factor but this place takes the cake! It’s open, huge, and very spacious with some very welcoming and helpful employees. Nicole took the time to see what flavors I’m into and made a recommendation because I wanted something different. The BEST part is their amazing prices! Cheaper than the usual smoke shop I go to that’s down the street. Will definitely go back

I went to the shop and the ladies working were so nice & very helpful in helping me find a new vape.
I tested one out and loved it. I paid for my stuff and left. The following day I realized I could not find my wallet. After going over the last place I went and paid for something, I concluded I had to have left it at Smoke City.
I called and asked if they had a wallet that was left there and after describing it for them they said yea it’s here.
They kept it safe for me :) I am so thankful!!
After retrieving my wallet they helped me once again find another vape that I love.

BEST SMOKE SHOP IN AZ! I’ve been shopping here since they opened and I’ve never been disappointed! The manager lady that’s always there is AWESOME and always knows how to make a customers days better! She also always makes sure i have my wraps and juice every time i go in! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My sister (who is a hookah guru) and I came in here to buy a hookah and tobacco. The gentlemen who helped us was kind, patient and very knowledgeable! Not to mention the store is beautifully constructed and very clean! We went home with a beautiful hookah, coal and a few delicious flavors! Great place and I highly recommend Smoke City! Good job 👏🏼

Went there for the first time and a wonderful helpful nice man named Charles was working. He will be the only reason I go back. Customer service is not what it used to be and he really provided excellent customer service

Love this place me and my boyfriend are always in here. Super friendly employees. Today they accidentally over charged us and me and my boyfriend didn’t realize but they immediately called us and asked us to come back so they could reimburse us. Then on top of that he also gave me a free vape. Will forever be coming to this shop!

New Favorite! Never going to another Smokeshop. Prices are extremely fair and the people in there aren't trying to sell you on anything you didn't come in there for. They're not trying to be better. They just are! Definitely give this shop a chance.
