Picked up some treats for my fur babies and inquired about cat bathing products. Staff was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and provided some tips. P.S. staff offered assistance before we even asked. Will recommend this location to others.

My husband and I can't say enough nice things about this place. Just this past weekend we called about needing a live animal trap cause one of our cats had gotten out. I came into get one and I was walked out to the warehouse to see what size would be best. I asked if someone could show me how to set it up cause I had never used one before. One of the employees who checked me out was more than willing to show me. I am happy to say the trap worked and our fur baby is safe. Thanks again for always going above and beyond to help your customers.

We came here because they sell high quality food for my 6 year old Dog that you are not going to find elsewhere at a reasonable price and a toy he can't chew up in 20 mins, but the customer service is what will bring us back. My daughter gave my Dog a few biscuits thinking they were free, I told the lady Michelle offering to pay, and she gave my daughter a little bag of treats for her best friend. Will always come here for my boys food.

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to the staff that work at the Camp Bowie location. They are always so friendly and willing to help us. My husband and I come here often to buy necessities for our fur babies. We also know that if they are out of an item we need they are more than willing to call another location for it and we appreciate it. Thanks again for being a great place to shop.

While they didn't have everything I needed, they were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The store looks great! It is really clean, organized, and has a huge selection. They had lots of interesting creatures available for sale there.

Vaccination Station the 3rd Saturday every month is great here! All the Med prescriptions & vaccinations your pet needs at a MUCH LOWER COST than the vet, wait is usually not bad. If raining or super hot you might need umbrella as the line is uncovered. Great dog food selection & farm needs.

Good store ! Clean and well kept , and Texas friendly. a young lady named Cameron waited on me. She knew what she was doing and couldnt have been more helpful and pleasant. i will be back.

Well organized and helpful employees. You can know if you have a question to ask you will get a good answer. Knowledgeable staff and happy to assist. The place has everything needed for your pets and priced accordingly. They help load vehicle and point you into the way you need to go. They also will help you get what's better for the animals then your currant brand and even at a lower price. The location is great for the area. Lots of farm land out in the area. They have live animals as well. If you visit them you will be OK with your direction.

Employees are very welcoming, and helpful. They have many choices for your pets, also they sell different plants and much more. Very convenient. You can buy mulch, plants, barbecues(really good ones) insects for lizards, baby mice, baby pigs, ducks, chickens, snakes and much more, all your dog and cats needs, horse feed, beef jerky and snacks for humans, stuff for your yard and much more. Just go check it out they are amazing.

Great selection of farm supplies and pet food. Always friendly service. One of the few places you can find the high-end brands of dog foods grocery stores and chain pet stores don't carry, foods that are actually good for your dog, like Taste of the Wild.

We had such a great experience here today. Our cashier loved our new dog and even helped me during check out when my dog got nervous. Thank you guys so much! I really love shopping here!!

Took my grandson to story time. He especially enjoyed the interaction with the live animals including goats, sheeps, ducks, chickens, service dogs & a clydesdale horse. Staff was very friendly & new store is very clean & organized.

This place is quite nice. They currently (spring time) have lots of plants outside that are quite reasonably priced. For example, their small 4" vegetables are $1.49 and their 4" herbs are$1.99. Inside they have some seeds that you can purchase in different size increments. They also have a pet room with a small variety of small pets and varying farm animals (chicks, geese, pigs....). In their side room they have lots of pet food. They also have horse supplies and other farming supplies. Most of their pet products are for dogs, but there are other things also.

New location is great. Everything is seperated and organized. Ladies working there were extremely friendly and helpful. The one young lady helping me with feeders for a pet was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be back soon for more stuff.

We were there buying fertilizer and your staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Camryn was a great help and we will definitely be back.

Friendly well knowledgeable staff. First time i was there was for snake food. The staff there raises rodents specifically for that. Unlike other big box stores they dont make you sign a form stating the rat you just purchased is a pet. Other large chain stores sells snakes but are squemish about selling you snake food.

Russell F&S is my new go to place for pet stuff. They are the nicest people and (jokingly) get mad when I carry my dog food. “We’ve got boys working here to do that! You just tell us what you want!” They have de-wormer when my knucklehead dog gets into something and right now their spring plants look amazing - even bluebonnets. Blooming bluebonnets! So tempting.
