Purchased windshield wiper blades. During a snow storm, one of my blades just flew off. Got two new ones at a reasonable price and the associate even came out to change them himself. I was greeted when I came in, got help right away, got my merchandise, and they changed out both blades for me. Whole transaction was less than 10 minutes. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for your excellent service.

Paul was an absolutely amazing help to me and my brother+his girlfriend. He put up with changing a battery in a rather difficult car in February in Indiana, which is bitterly cold. He was delightful to talk to and amazing with his support and education, we couldn’t appreciate him more. Great job Paul!!

The best AutoZone I’ve ever been to. Each time I go to this location, no matter what my issue is, these guys drop what they are doing and help me from start to finish. Honestly. I just bought a $9 part and this gentlemen with the longer hair helped me for 35 minutes. Made sure everything was installed correctly and got me on my way. Thank you!!

Our son is a student at Trine University. We live 4 hours away. His battery died due to the cold weather. Al B was so very helpful. Thankful for their later hours open on Sunday. We are traveling from several states away and the check engine light came on. The employee checked the code and we made the quick, suggested "repair"...Hopefully we'll be ok!

Always have a great experience in Autozone! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. A year ago, my tail lights got busted and they replaced it for me. Recently, my headlights were out and they took care of that, too! Would highly recommend them!

Car was having some funky issues with the alternator/battery, and the staff did an amazing job helping me out! Now I have no check engine light, and the car's working as it should. Hard to believe they do this for free when mechanics want to charge you an arm and a leg just to do the job wrong lol.

I've always had a good experience with these guys. There honest with you and know how to help you when your having issues. I'm a eighteen year old who never really got into cars. I know a decent amount, but if I'm stuck, these guys are the way to go.
