This is now the only ups drop off site I go to. I have always dealt with amber! She is extremely knowledgeable about what I need to get the best experience with shipping and printing. This site is a bit out of my way but the customers service she has given me everytime I go in is worth the drive.

Update: I went to this store yesturday and not one person talked to me. No greeting, no words during the transaction , no have a good day. Im not sure where the original customer service standards went but there definitely been a change. They seemed annoyed inwas even doing business there. Maybe this won't be my go to any longer.

The cashier was very nice and friendly, and outlined the process clearly after I expressed my concerns about the package being fragile. Was a nice interaction that helped me feel positive about sending my package.
