Fully impressed with this store and staff. I stopped in here for the first time and went back again today. So nice and organized. The products are all well made. Not like cheap Walmart disposable products. You pay for quality. I bought the bird feeder pole system last time I visited and today, went back to get additional pieces so I can hang more feeders .

This place is awesome! Knowledgeable staff, pleasant environment, and cozy Temps. I love the resources and community you have access to with this shop!

Young lady acknowledged me with a big smile, and guided me to the bird feeders and the right seeds for my favorite birds! I have so enjoyed watching the birds in my back yard, and also watching my neighborhood squirrel try to figure out my squirrel proof bird feeder I bought there! Bottom line, this place is a joy to shop, store sales associate was knowledgeable and happy to be there! I will be back!

UPDATE: This was my favorite store always found locally made gifts and the owner was a lovely woman who knew all about birds and made you feel as if you were her friend. Went today and the staff was competent but nothing but bird feed and houses. No more beautiful gifts no more friendly face. The change has made me disappointed.

Seth was so helpful in helping me build an outdoor bird feeder pole/extensions for the porch that faces Beaver Lake. He was patient and so informed as what best to do. Because of his excellent service and the benefits he shared with me on becoming an annual member of Birds Unlimited, I am now a loyal shopper.

We've spent way too much money here, but it was very very worth it. We have SO MANY birds at the house now. I was shocked how quickly they started coming around. Bluebirds, finches, bluejays, woodpeckers, cardinals, and so much more.

Ruth (owner) was AMAZING helping me with a Christmas gift for a friend. I ordered online to have the the gift shipped to a friend. Ruth called me to see if it was a gift and if so, asked if I'd like them to wrap it. She even added a note for me and then personally dropped the gift off. Truly the most delightful experience and very thoughtful service - Ruth went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience. I am so grateful!

I love this store! Mary Ann and the staff are always kind and helpful. The products are the best. You will pay a little more than at the larger stores who don't specialize in wild bird products, but the quality at WBU is better and lasts much longer. It is well worth the investment.

A nice young man who is the Assistant Manager is very helpful and accommodating. Place carries a wide range of supplies for the bird lover

Checked on line for store hours, but it was closed.
