SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had a wonderful experience here this evening. I am sad to say I lost her name but it was a Saturday evening around 7PM and I came in with a foundation need. I’m fair skinned but cool toned but also in need of a rosy undertone (I think, the point is it took a few foundations to find the right one!). She was very patient with me and my low vision problems and we finally found my shade. She also helped me locate tools and a setting spray she wanted me to try but she had hoped to purchase for herself. It was the last one and was excited for me to get to use it. Truly a cosmetic angel, I always feel intimidated going into make up departments or stores because I’m older and I feel like I should know how to do this- and I don’t. She was fantastic and deserves recognition (which is why I feel so bad about not being sure about her name… Jarissa? I wish the receipt said!). Thank you so much for all you did!

So many brands of skin care products and makeup and fragrances, so there are always interesting new items. The staff is attentive and helpful.

I had gone to the sephora in the mall yesterday looking for charolette tilbury products. They didn’t have them, which was fine, but they were sold out of nearly everything. Today I was looking up where to buy her products in a store and found out that the sephora in kohls had opened. I went right when they opened. They were stocked and had so many more options to choose from.
