Destiny (Malvern, AR) assisted us with our new phones. It was the most amazing experience we've ever had. She is awesome!

James is really great and helpful! He helped me connect a FitBit to my old phone and then we got to talking and he told me about the trade in deal and then he helped me get this done. James is nice, friendly and patient and all stores need their own James.

James was very patient and helpful. I am hard of hearing so he was very patient with me. He also made sure to transfer my stuff from one phone to another and then he actually helped me make sure my new phone was set up and that I knew how to use it. You need more James in your company.

James was very helpful and friendly!!! He made the change from going from an older phone to my new phone pretty easy and made sure that I got all of my stuff on my new phone. You need to hire more people like James.

James was very polite and patient in helping me switch from my android phone to an iPhone. I was worried about some old pictures I have that would not be able to get back, but he got them put on my new phone. I am not tech savvy and he was very kind and helpful and made sure I got the things I needed off the old phone to my new phone.

James helped answer all of my questions and helped me figure out why my bill was different and helped with my husband’s phone too. There are some great people in this store who are always willing to help me out. I always tell them that I am their problem child.

sarah is seriously the most sweetest and caring employee i have ever met. she was so helpful and thorough with everything she’s done. this is the only store i will go to and will ever go to! thank you so much sarah!!

Philip helped me transfer my line to my own plan, he made the process quick and easy. He was knowledgeable and made the process a breeze!

Jackson was very helpful, pleasant, answered all questions expertly & kindly...and most of all made me feel good about the whole experience. The young lady that helped me is named Sarah at the AT&T store in Malvern, AR. She was extremely helpful. She solved my problem with my brand new 12 Pro Max phone. She was very polite and courteous. She was patient as well…I am 65 years old…I have had several brand new iPhones and needed help. She was very gracious——this store is lucky to have her. It would be good if you guys have a service recognition award of some type….she deserves it….not all people like to help elderly people….y’all need to recognize good, polite, employed.
