I love shopping here! So grateful to have this location nearby as opposed to the crowded Galleria! This store is spacious and the employees are always super helpful and kind. I utilize the B&BW app and they are very patient with me as I try to use up my offers/rewards and rack up points so I can come back for more stuff lol

This location just opened close to my home and I have been in 2 times. Both times have been really great but I would like to mention the last time I went in.
On Friday, 10/ 28, I went in to get prizes for baby shower games. Ivy met me at the door and immediately greeted me and asked if I am just shopping around or if I was looking for something specific. I laid out what I was looking for and she was on a mission. She helped me get in and out quickly, with a bag full of treasures and was so patient and helpful. I appreciate how friendly she is with everyone as well. She worked to help me but didn't let anyone go by without attempting to help them as well or just ensuring that she greeted them.

Greeter at the front was very nice and helpful. The manager handled my even exchange very poorly. Not everyone returning items is a criminal.

I wish they would turn down their music. It was really loud and obnoxious last time I was in there.

I made a quick trip here and one of the girls working was incredibly rude towards me and made snarky comments
