AT&T Store

I have been having trouble at multiple other at&t stores with getting my account cleaned up and canceling extra lines that haven’t been used in a long time. Finally went the the right location and met the nicest young lady who was fantastic!!!! She was able to get everything done on my account like I was wanting it. Other locations kept giving me the runaround but Chelsea is the BEST!!!! Thank you so much for all your help and you truly are great when it comes to customer service!! Thanks again!!

Usually it's a real headache when dealing with customer service. My experience with the folks that work at this particular AT&T outlet however have restored my faith in the customer service system. I'm greeted with a smile and never feel as if I'm asking questions they would rather not be burdened with. They have been helpful kind and courteous each time I've been there. Keep up the good work y'all.

I went to AT&T looking for a phone and had a great experience. Star really knew what she was doing and really made me feel valued. She tried every way she knew to save me money and make sure my experience was elite. I appreciate AT&T for hiring such a knowledgeable representative and I will most definitely be back for TV services through Miss Star! Thank you

Had a great experience, these ladies were very helpful in ensuring I had the best customer service in dealing with finding my contacts when other people I've talked to couldn't help me. I got a new phone with a good promotion and these ladies made sure I was informed about everything. Thank you

I was in the Brinkley AT&T store and was assisted by an associate by the name of Summer. I had just dropped my phone in a bayou and was terribly flustered. Feeling frustrated and rife with angst, I was in a cold place. However Summer, like her name suggests, shined a bright ray of sunshine on my situation. She was helpful, friendly and considerate. She sensed my cloudy mood and pushed those clouds away with her beaming level of customer service and care.

I had the best time with the Sales personnel. They were so helpful and well versed in their products. I am so pleased.

These ladies were so courteous and polite and went beyond the call of the duty. Very pleased very happy. Beyond impressed with the customer service these ladies shown.
